Have no fear, give yourself a Fresh Fall Start! I find that fall is a great place to restart your health and fitness regimen if you have fell off the wagon. After all, school has started back, the kids are away, you may just be able to find that extra bit of time you need to get back on track. The air outside is cooler and that means a brisk morning walk is perfect, and if mornings aren't your cup of tea, try a great evening walk. The hot and humid days of summer are gone so your walks will now be more comfortable.
The abundant availability of fresh fruits and vegetables like apples and squash will keep your eating habits on track. Apples make wonderful snacks in between meals. There are so many varieties of apples and many recipes that can be made with apples.
September doesn't have to make you depressed and down, let it REFRESH you and get buckled and back in the saddle again! It is never too late to get healthy and fit.
