Personally I&apos;ve never tried any Mac powders so I thought I&apos;d give it a try. On my first attempt the powder gets so messy and the coverage is blotchy. Second attempt was similsr . overall I disliked this product </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2016-02-01</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2016-02-01" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="74749057"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Pressed Powder" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">Elle182</span> from <span itemprop="name">Use a brush!!!</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought this powder in the shade almond as the was the colour that matched my skin tone the most but when I used it with the powder puff it came with it went waayy too dark and looked really bad but I didn&apos;t want to give up on it just yet. When I next used the powder, now with a big fluffy blush brush, it was perfect! The powder went on so smoothly and matched my yellow toned skin amazingly. I usually can&apos;t find a powder that matches my skin colour unless it&apos;s overly priced but this was honestly perfect. I can use it on it&apos;s own with just a little concealer underneath or over foundation and it&apos;s still great. </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2016-01-16</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2016-01-16" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="74571033"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Pressed Powder" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">3</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">nolahippy</span> from <span itemprop="name">nice powder, but odd color reaction</span> <span itemprop="description">I have to agree with another reviewer about this product changing color. I too buy the sand color, and it looks like a perfect match from the pan to my skin. However, when I apply it with a very high quality, clean puff, it changes to a darker orange on my face and the puff. The powder itself appears to be high quality, finely milled, and has no aluminum or parabens (a deal breaker for me), so I had high hopes. But my face goes progressively darker as I wear it. I can get away with applying with a brush very lightly, but that reduces the coverage, so I recommend it, but with restrictions. I have combo, mature skin. Why do you suppose this product is so unstable? </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2016-01-14</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2016-01-14" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="68086056"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Pressed Powder" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">1</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">owls</span> from <span itemprop="name">Not a good experience</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought this hoping for a cheap powder to wear for everyday but this one is just not for me. I have light yellow toned skin and often I get makeup that is light tan or light/medium. I though caramel might be a good pick especially when I get really tan. When I first saw it I thought yes this is a good match but once I put it on things went bad. It started oxidizing immediately. I was only wearing lotion and no primer. I put pictures to show one side of the sponge was the color of the powder and on the side that I used the color turned several shades darker. It also had an orange red color when it was on my face. This is the first time I used a powder from elf and I&apos;m not sure I want to again. </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2015-10-29</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2015-10-29" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="68038217"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Pressed Powder" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">2</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">PirateHeart</span> from <span itemprop="name">Weird colours</span> <span itemprop="description">I have very pale skin, pink/blue undertones, so I bought a couple of different colours to try: porcelain and sand. Plus it is unnaturally yellow, I have to blend it a lot into my usual foundation- which i use this powder over- in order for it to look more natural. It does, however, have great coverage over my usual foundation and concealer to further hide blemishes, again it just has to be layered and blended quite a bit to look natural and not yellow. </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2015-10-07</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2015-10-07" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="64015804"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Pressed Powder" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">2</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">Lucy Lonny</span> from <span itemprop="name">Color is a little &quot;off&quot;</span> <span itemprop="description">The product is just ok.
