So easy to use!
The handles make a big difference in the simplicity of use, at least for klutzy me! Gives better control of precisely where you clamp down on the lash. Suggestion- how about considering coming out with an affordable heated lash curler? I'm sure I speak for more than just myself when I say I'd buy it!!!

Beware - cut my eyelashes
Everything about this lash curler felt good: the way you hold it in your hand, the way it fit the shape of my eyes, the pad on the bottom edge if yhe curler. However, despite 5 gentle pumps to curl my lashes (as I always have done with other curlers), it cut my eyelashes. Unfortunately,i didn’t notice it after curling one side. It was after I curled the second eye. So infuriating!

Finally, a working eyelash curler
I’ve lost count on how many eyelash curlers I’ve purchased. The handles are easy to grip and I haven’t pinched my eyelid once. I might buy some as gifts for friends that have had the same issues as I have.

Save your eyelashes
I got this curler maybe 2 months ago after my tweezerman broke and started ripping out my eyelashes. So so relieved at how well this worked in the beginning, left my eyelashes curled all day. HOWEVER, I am now crying because this morning I was using it and I heard a snip. The fricking curler cut my eyelashes in half. My middle eyelashes are now STUMPS. I don’t know what to do. What do I do? Please keep in mind that I am a huge Elf fan, I respect the fair prices and I love the good quality, unfortunately this product left me in tears.

I see that someone asked my question a yr. ago. It was, do you you sell replacement pads for the eyelash curler? The answer was no. Do you offer them now? If not, then, basically, the curler would have no use after pads are used & flat?

Difficult to word correctly but does this lash curler have a curve to it or is it squared off where the sponges part pushes your lashes up into the piece of metal that comes in contact with the lashes? Is that metal piece curved or squared?

It is slightly curved, but not as curved as others I have used (Revlon for example).
