This just dropped
This just dropped and there’s already reviews the second it dropped. It’s not fair for others who come along later on to purchase and dk those comments aren’t legit. This is almost everything elf puts new on their site, there’s the option to review without even receiving and actually reviewing the product. Wish there was a way to report those fake reviews. Just some advice don’t listen to the first few comments they wouldn’t know unless (like the person under me said) they got it in pr or something which I highly doubt. Some people rely on buying products off of the reviews so please stop posting before you even TRY the product. So aggravating!!!! Please elf change the option to only post reviews if you actually got the product and also make a like , dislike and report button

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER
Extremely disappointed in ELF customer service. I noticed the tracking wasn’t updating so enquired about it, oh yes, don’t worry it’s been shipped. I ordered the first day these were released! On August 13th I enquired again, we can’t find your package. So waited over 2 weeks to tell me. They can’t replace international shipments so just said, order again. Zero empathy. I’ve ordered direct twice and both times had shipping problems, sadly I give up. Lol

Love this lip balm!
I really liked the Mango version of this lip balm. The scent was nice and it was easy to use everyday since it was more of a clear balm. However, I couldn’t stand the scent of the Watermelon version, and ended up passing it on to my sister.
