Your must-have tool for achieving perfectly on-trend “soap brows.” This unique, dual-ended eyebrow brush features a flat gel applicator to effortlessly pick up and apply eyebrow wax, gel, or soap, plus a spoolie on the other end to tame and shape brows into that beautifully groomed, feathered finish. Pairs perfectly with our Brow Lift eyebrow shaping wax!
How to do Soap Brows:
Step 1: Slightly bend the spoolie of your Brow Lift Applicator, then dip into the Brow Lift gel.
Step 2: Brush the spoolie through your brows directing hairs upwards and outwards for a fluffy, lifted look.
Step 3: Use the spatula end of the Brow Lift Applicator to flatten the brow hair in the same direction for a laminated look that stays put.
Step 4: Fill in sparse areas of your brows with your favorite e.l.f. cosmetics eyebrow makeup color.

How To Use Brow Lift Applicator:
- First, use the spoolie to brush out your eyebrows.
- Then gently grab some product with the spatula on the other end.
- Put the formula into the back of the cap and pick up product with the spoohlie while removing any excess gel on the brush.
- Then, apply to clean brows.
- With the flat surface of the spatula, lift your brows upward then use the spoolie to comb out and separate the brow hairs into the desired shape.

This can't work
The flat end of this applicator works the way it should. It helps to flatten and shape your eyebrow hairs after you've applied the Brow Lift product. It's convenient because you avoid having to stick your fingers in the product. The spoolie, on the other hand, is not right for me and probably not right for many people. It's very short, and spiral cone shaped. Like a bad mascara wand, it clumps your eyebrows together and leaves stripes in your eyebrows. Instead of separating the individual hairs, you get stripes and and clumps of hair stuck together. This applicator should have been made with a long, dense spoolie. I might end up doing something with an old spoolie and crazy glue to make this better.

Best brow tool
The best brow tool I’ve ever used. I absolutely love this thing. I use the applicator to apply gel to my brows, brush it through with the brow brush end, and I get the most perfectly gelled natural looking 90s brows. Will buy this again and again 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

eyebrow lamination effect!
This brush lives up to its name. It's able to lift my eyebrows better than other brushes and makes them appear more fluffy and voluminous - an eyebrow lamination at a fraction of the cost! :)

Amazing Tool
