Gentle on skin and removes make upI recently purchased these and I definitely will purchase again.
The cloths are moist and gentle on the skin. I was able to remove my eye make up, foundation and lipstick with one cloth.
No break outs noted so far.
The only con is that the cloths could use a bit more moisture. So adding a bit of micellar water for moisture helps.
But overall I would recommend.

Works better than expensive brandsI’m so glad I got these cleansing wipes. I was using a more expensive wipe that actually made my eyelids red and raw. The elf wipes don’t do that. They work as well as the other brand but because of the ingredients, I don’t have red eyelids anymore. I’m really glad I bought two!

Made Me Break Out HorriblyI got a free two-pack of these with an order and they have never been anything but terrible. They remove makeup well but made my skin feel like it was on fire instantly, and my eyes were usually swollen and inflamed for most of the next day. I also broke out like crazy, even around the brow bone! Only used a few times, and it was a few times too many.
