How to Apply Makeup Using a Face Sponge:
- Sweep the angled side of the face sponge across product
- Dip the sponge into your foundation or concealer and apply to the face using a stippling motion, lightly dabbing the product to blend.
- Soften and blend using the rounded side by gently bouncing the sponge across the face.
- Beauty sponge can be used wet or dry.

Not Worth the $$ Even Though It's Cheap
I found this sponge pretty disappointing. It's rather rough and hard. It's not a literal rock like some sponges, but it's uncomfortable to use and absorbs water in odd patches so it's a little bit tricky to wet. I can hear it hitting my face as I use it since it's so hard. It blends product out with a bit of effort but definitely not as well as other sponges I own. For $2 more I'd repurchase Eco Tools over this.

Face Sponge
It's a good basic makeup sponge. Price is a little high for just one. Picked one up in person & there was no price tag, but got it to try out.

not worth it
This beauty blender is a huge miss for me. Generally speaking, I love ELF's products for it's quality and cost, but this beauty blender is not worth it. It feels cheap, and it's hard to properly clean the sponge after using it with foundation.

Not For Me
I feel like this sponge was not good. The product was always sitting on it even when it dried. The makeup would then curdle and it just was not good.

Comparable to more expensive sponges
There are definitely both cheaper and more expensive options available. However, the sponge is super soft and seems to last a long time. Seamless application and I find it comparable to even more expensive sponges. Perhaps I'll restock if this goes on sale as it's also comparable to some of my cheaper sponges too. Good product. Can recommend if your budget permits it.

Will my liquid makeup go inside the sponge? My other sponges haven’t lasted long because they were past the point of cleaning/repairing because the inside was filled with makeup. I need a sponge where makeup just stays on the outside

The makeup will be slightly absorbed by the sponge, but we do recommend that you clean after using each time to avoid build up.

What is materials is this sponge made of? Does it contain Black Rubber Compound? Does it contain the following: Paraphenylenediamine, Nickel Sulfate, Gold Sodium Thiosulfate, Benzonic Acid & Benzoates, & Compositae Mix? I have allergies to these items.

I’ve used it last two nights for foundation. I dampened it then applied foundation... I’ll try it again later as a dry sponge and compare it but when wet I looked like I had a severe case of flaky skin after applying the setting powder over foundation...so again I’ll do this application but I’ll use dry sponge and see what happened.

It’s actually really different from both of them. It has something going on with it that when you say go to squeeze the water out it stays in a ball like you squeezed it and takes a second to go back to its shape. Despise that it blends effortlessly and i do recommend.
