How Use a Makeup Blending Foundation Brush:

AMAZING!
I am absolutely pleased. BEYOND pleased. I applied my Armani maestro foundation with this brush and the coverage is amazing!!!!!!!! THE ONLY brush that has sufficiently been able to provide coverage that is seamless with an airbrush finish. ELF never ceases to disappoint me. BY THE WAY, this brush is INCREDIBLY soft. WOW.

Handle needs a stronger glue bond
I recently purchased 2 of these brushes because of a recommendation but was disappointed that upon the first application, I had to re-glue the handle as the top came completely off. When I looked at the handle it appeared to have any bonded glue on it. It may have been oversight during the manufacturing process but quality control should test it out prior to shipping. I love the texture of the brush bristles

A reliable everyday foundation brush
The e.l.f. Ultimate Blending Brush has been a great addition to my makeup collection especially considering its affordable price point. The packaging is minimal and functional and feels sturdy and functional. The brush itself is soft and feels gentle on my skin which surprisingly makes application feel smooth and comfortable. It works well with a number of products from liquid to powder. I mostly use it for my liquid foundation and it blends evenly. The dense bristle pickup the product efficiently and creates a natural seamless finish. It cleans easily and with multiple washes in the past few months it hasn't shed or lost its shape, so it seems it will be quite durable. For around $7 the quality and value is outstanding compared to more expensive alternatives. Overall, this brush is a practical, high-performing tool that fits perfectly into any budget without sacrificing quality. This is the brush is my goto for my foundation! I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, everyday brush.

E.l.f. ultimate blending brush
This blending brush is worth every penny. It is affordable and works amazing. I like it comes packaged completely wrapped, so you don't worry about contamination. I also like it is easy to clean and then reuse again. It blends your makeup so effortless, making makeup routines so much easier!

Decent brush
I think it’s a great brush but I don’t know if I’ll be using it for foundation. I’m still such a sponge girly. I might try it again and instead use the sponge as a last step. The price is great (as most elf products are) and it’s easy to clean.

I have dry skin and tend to stay away from brushes as they sometimes have a slightly exfoliating effect which isn't good, makes my dry skin flake during application etc. Will this do that, too?

I'd go for the contour brush instead. This brush and the other are not very stiff and might take a little more effort to blend out product with.
