Decent enough
I received this product for free in exchange for my review. I love elf products and use many of them! However, this one fell short for me. While the eyeliner does go on relatively smooth, I hate that it’s a pencil and doesn’t come with a sharpener. We’ve come a long way in the beauty world and it felt like this didn’t get the memo. It’s also not very long lasting, which is a major bummer for me.

Great Eyeliner!
I was given this eyeliner in exchange for an honest review and I must say that I was impressed! I love to line my waterline but can have sensitive eyes so I can only use certain products. This eyeliner went on smoothly, didn’t leave irritation, and stayed on for longer than most eyeliners that I have tried! Great color and texture! The only con I found is that because it went on smoothly, I would find it on my eyelid at times when I didn’t want it to be there so just pay extra attention when you’re applying it.

GREAT for brightening the waterline!
I really like the brightening effect this has on your waterline. I tight line with this and it makes my eyes look brighter, more open and youthful. This is ideal for a doe eye look! This lasts a pretty decent amount of time on me, my eyes don’t get super watery or anything, so I can appreciate that. The formula is nice, goes on creamy and smooth, but my only thing is that I’d prefer it in twist up form. This is just personal preference since I’m a little lazy sometimes and don’t want to sharpen and discard the scraps. Other than that, if you don’t mind that you’ll love this formula and it’s color payoff!

Great for Smoky Eye Look
I received this eyeliner complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion. This eyeliner is great for the price, you can't beat it. I received the color smoke signal and it goes on very smoothly and has great color payoff. The liner is very blendable to get a smoky eye look. The only downside is that it does come off easy of you sweat or are in water.

I really liked this eyeliner! It goes on smoothly, lasts all day, and doesn’t smudge. Compared to others I’ve used, it’s definitely one of the best. The only problem is that its not as pigmented as I expected but, I’ll definitely be buying it again and would totally recommend it to friends and family.
