How to Use Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer for long-lasting eyeshadow:
1. Brush & shape
Use the spoolie brush to comb brows upward and into your desired shape.
2. Fill & define
Using the brow pencil, apply light, hair-like strokes to fill in sparse areas and define brows for a natural-looking finish.
3. Blend & perfect
Blend through brows with the spoolie to soften lines and create even, natural definition.
4. Set & finish
Finish with a brow gel to set your look. Pair with e.l.f. Brow Laminating Gel for structured hold or Wow Brow Gel for tinted fullness.
