- Apply skin tint using fingertips or Halo Glow Angled Silicone Sponge (the shade will develop as it's blended into skin!).
- Build to your preferred coverage level.
- Finish your makeup look by applying concealer, contour/bronzer, blush, highlighter or finishing powder.
