How to use Micro-Fine Brow Pencil:

• Twist to reveal a small amount of eyebrow pencil.
• Using very gentle pressure, flick eyebrow pencil in light, upward and outward strokes to fill in sparse areas.
• Blend out with the spoolie end for a naturally feathered finish.
