1. Exfoliate: Start with exfoliating your lips by removing dry skin flakes. Gently apply an exfoliating lip scrub using it in small circular motions to buff away the dead skin and reveal smoother softer skin.
2. Hydrate: Since your lips are prone to dryness and chapping, apply a moisturizing lip balm to keep them moisturized and help prevent dryness. If you are going out, you can even use a tinted lip balm that moisturizes while adding a sheer wash of color.
3. Nourish: As part of the last step in your lip care treatment, use a leave-on lip mask to deeply nourish your lips and soothe dryness. For extra conditioning, apply the lip mask to clean dry lips at night.
