Fan Brush is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 104.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very soft and affordable I don't know why this has such a bad rating. It's very soft and gentle (so gentle that my mom likes to use it for face massages lol). I usually HATE with a purple polka-dotted passion using loose blush because I get uneven colored cheeks but this allows me to get the same, subtle color on both! It's a wonderful brush for only a small amount of money. Go ahead and treat yourself to a truly great fan brush!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flimsy Though I am a HUGE supporter for elf, this brush fell short. Just not nearly enough bristles to make this a good brush.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lacking ... Simply put, there’s not enough bristles for controlled application of powdered products. Mine definitely doesn’t look like the brush featured in the video, mine is whimpy. Plus, I had to re-glue the brush back on to the wand but no biggie.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's OK I bought this to avoid having to use my fingers for my baked highlighter, but I don't get the amount of highlighter I want and it flings my highlighter EVERWHERE. I like my dramatic highlight lol

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too thin!! This brush is absolutely horrible. I love elf so much, but they need to step it up with some of their brushes! This brush is practically see-through and there cant be more than 50-100 bristles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't do anything I bought this a couple weeks ago, and it's terrible. I haven't even been able to use it once because it doesn't pick up any product. I really wanted to like brush, but I can't because it doesn't do anything. The bristles are too soft and there are barely any of them. Overall, I really disliked this brush:( Would not recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bristles are too soft The bristles on the brush are too soft to pick up any product. Does not work with a powder highlighter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The one thing ELF never gets right I've owned quite a few of ELF's brushes. I don't think there are very many ELF brushes I haven't used. So I like their brushes, especially the Beautifully Precise Face Brushes. But every style of brush that has a fan brush has a rather lame fan brush. There are not nearly enough bristles to make them dense enough. They are all too thin. I think they'll come out with an Ultimate Fan Brush that's about $12 one of these days. But right now, whether part of a set or alone like this one the fan brushes are terrible.
