Rated 4 out of 5 by from great product! I've been looking for a foundation that doesn't clog my pores and prevents/reduces/conceals breakouts and this is perfect! i've seen improvements in just a day of using it on my blemishes and the finish is perfect, natural but demi-matte. a little goes a long way! i'd say its medium coverage, but can be built to full. my only complaint is that I got the shade sand, and while it matches me perfectly, it appears to have pink or neutral undertones, i'm not sure. I have warm/yellow undertoned skin. I wish elf indicated which shade is best for pink or warm or neutral undertones, as I appear to look a little ashy with sand. I've heard the beige has yellow undertones in it, so may purchase that and mix it with the sand. other than that, this is great for everyday makeup!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for oily skin I wore this for over 8 hours and even after that it looked great. Using this with Elfs mist and set spray and primer this looks really good. Only needed to touch up with powder once. I've used it a few times and I've noticed my acne has reduced a bit which is really nice. Just fyi the product is smaller than youll expect, but you dont need to use a lot. Will buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for my oily skin! This is my holy grail foundation! I get full coverage and this with the high definition powder keeps me oil free all day. I can't say much for the acne fighting part of this because I don't notice any real difference in my skin but if you can find your shade and have oily skin then I'd definitely give this a try

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coverage, didn't break me out I have issues with mild adult acne so I've been searching for a vegan, cruelty-free foundation that doesn't break me out or destroy my wallet. The coverage and color are great and I like the way it makes my skin look! Also, my skin isn't oily at the end of the day like it usually is. I've been wearing it for a few days now and so far, no breakouts from it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BLESSED FOUNDATION The very best foundation and only one that I enjoy putting on my just washed soft face! It feels so fresh and clean like a moisturizer yet it has a slight tingle from the salicylic acid that reminds you that it's working! Clearing acne WHILE wearing makeup! I swear by this and if I ever stop using it for awhile I have always a break out from other products. ONLY thing I wish is there was a shade lighter than porcelain as this typically oxidizes a bit darker than imagined.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Full coverage! I love this product, the coverage is amazing, and it is specifcally designed to fight against any acne or break outs amongst the skin. It is hard to find a foundation that can do both and really performs what it's supposed to on the skin. (i.e: preventing further breakouts instead of influencing more). However, I wish that e.l.f cosmetics had more shade options for those of us who can get really pale or slightly tan. There are no in-between shades unfortuantely. I am the shade porcelain and I lighten it to my complexion by using a tinted setting power or by mixing it with another foundation that is a shade lighter as porfcelain is still a tad dark for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good overall, but shades are wrong I have to give this three stars because the porcelain shade - which used to be precisely the same as my very pale skin tone - is now noticeably darker. I don't see why they would change the shades when E.L.F. used to be the best brand for very fair skin. I can't say I have noticed that my acne has significantly reduced (but I have A LOT of skin issues and find that salicylic acid doesn't do that much for me), however I find that it applies very smoothly and lasts pretty well, and gives good coverage when I do have a bad skin day. Hopefully it does eventually reduce acne. I have to say it found the price point a little high for the size of the bottle - my last E.L.F. foundation lasted significantly less time than previous bottles did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please bring this back!!! I am so mad to find out you’ve stopped selling this! Why?! Clearly so many of your users use this particular product. I am 30 years old and this is the only foundation I have ever been able to use without breaking out! It was my savior! I will have to boycott all of your other products until this is brought back. And if it never is, then you can say good bye to me as a customer and I’m sure others will follow suit. You don’t get rid of one of your best sellers, that’s just smart business.

Is the porcelain shade lighter or is the ivory shade lighter? On the computer the shades look similar and it is hard to tell. I need the lightest one possible so to me I would think porcelain would be the lightest, but it looks darker than ivory on my scr

Asked by: claire85
Ivory is lighter and more yellow-toned. Porcelain is a bit darker but not by much and is more pink-toned.

I have the buff color in this foundation, but I think it's a little light. Which color is just a shade darker than buff, sand or beige?

Asked by: nana_banana
I would recommend sand, but if it is too dark for your skin tone, just mix the two foundations together

Where is the Porcelain shade?  Is it just out of stock or are you guys not selling it any more? I'm out and beige is too dark for my skin, but this is actually my favorite foundation that I've used!!
