Rated 2 out of 5 by from great makeup, but the lightest shade is too dark! This is a great makeup, really helps with skin issues. However, the lightest shade, which is porcelain, is too dark for my skin! Contacted customer service and they didn't even reply! So pretty bad. I wish they would listen to customers and provide more and lighter shades!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great. Really does help acne Been using well over a year, maybe 2. Great foundation. Not too heavy on the skin. Would get 5 stars but I find it can come off easily ie If you rest your face on your hand while working but I use a powder over the top which seems to help with this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best acne coverage I have found! This foundation does an excellent job of covering scars and simultaneously working to reduce break outs. Out of the 7 foundations I have tried recently, I like this one the best. It is full coverage but is not chalky. It’s as light weight as it can be while still providing full coverage. The only downside is the color I have is not an exact match.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First foundation I really love! I NEVER write reviews but this foundation is awesome! I have really struggled with moderate acne in the past any time I used makeup, leading to acne scars and a general aversion to foundation even though I love the look of makeup. This was a last minute decision one day to try it out and I absolutely love it. It not only goes on smoothly with just enough coverage to look flawlessly natural, but it also has immensely helped with my acne that flares up around my period even without makeup, making the spots less noticeable quicker as well as making the breakouts smaller right out the gate! They do not have many shade choices, but I had also bought a mix to match foundation shade adjuster that I have mixed in to create my perfect shade as I get more tan and fair with the seasons. 100% recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So smooth but I’m pale Love the look and feel of this product but the porcelain is much too dark for my skin 10 months out of the year. Please provide a lighter shade! This would be the perfect product if there were more shades in both directions

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love he foundation, Shade Range SUCKS! This foundation is wonderful! I have terribly oily skin. Usually by lunch my makeup has slid off my chin and nose and starts to get really oily. It doesn’t with this. HOWEVER the shade range is TERRIBLE! A while back I ordered ivory which was waaay to dark for my pale skin so I mixed it and when I finally ran out I ordered the porcelain thinking it would be perfect for my pale skin. WRONG! It’s even darker! I have to mix this with a lightener just to get it to semi work. We’re talking 3 parts lightener 1 part foundation. If they made this in a lighter shade I would love it so much more, but I guess I’ll have to start buying the more expensive Clinique version to get in my shade range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I have been wearing this foundation for a year now. I have the most sensitive prone skin. I can only use certain detergents, face cleaner ( elf is not one of them) , shampoo etc. In the past every time I would wear make it would not matter if it was for 2 hours I would break out. I have tried some really expensive high end makeup, Merle Norman, clinique, Bare Minerals, Makeupforever, Smashbox, MaryKay, Image, Lancome, and so much more. This is the only foundation I can wear daily and not break up. I have skin that If i over moisture I will get red and break out if I dry out I will do the same and this product has the perfect mixture for my face. I hope they never change the recipe

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing finish! I've been using this foundation for over a year. I'm pale, so porcelain is the perfect shade for me. I love the finish of it. It looks natural and dewy. One of my friends complimented me on it and said that I look airbrushed. Another bonus is that it seems like a full coverage foundation, but it feels super light.

Is the porcelain shade lighter or is the ivory shade lighter? On the computer the shades look similar and it is hard to tell. I need the lightest one possible so to me I would think porcelain would be the lightest, but it looks darker than ivory on my scr

Asked by: claire85
Ivory is lighter and more yellow-toned. Porcelain is a bit darker but not by much and is more pink-toned.

I have the buff color in this foundation, but I think it's a little light. Which color is just a shade darker than buff, sand or beige?

Asked by: nana_banana
I would recommend sand, but if it is too dark for your skin tone, just mix the two foundations together
