Additional Information

Acne Fighting Foundation is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 1257.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing This foundation is perfect. It has very good coverage yet does not look conspicuous on the skin. It blends out very easily, and only a small amount is needed. I can do my whole face and neck with a bean-sized portion. It dries to a matte finish and stays on. Keep in mind, while choosing shades, that it does oxidize (get darker) slightly when you put it on. There aren't many shades, so I would recommend combining with lighter or darker concealers/powders if it doesn't match you exactly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best elf Foundation: Med/High Coverage, Buildable With my recent order, this was finally in-stock and in my shade (Porcelain). I love this foundation. The coverage is great, my skin looks good, and it feels good on my skin. I am not sure if this treats my acne (hormonal, cystic) because really nothing short of Acutane does, but it seems to sooth flare ups. I bought 5 of these in my recent order. It does need more shades.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great foundation I love this foundation! I got it a month ago and have got so many compliments on it! It doesn’t come off when you touch your face. And stays on all day and I never have to touch up. I’ve had a very hard time finding a great foundation for my skin but I have definitely found it and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an all day full coverage foundation! The ONLY sad thing is that the shade “porcelain” isn’t actual porcelain. Only con I have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Covers acne amazedly! but very runny I suffered with intense acne, my face was extremely red and I was desperate for a full coverage foundation that was acne friendly and this was definitely my answer. it covered my ache so well. The only very small down side is that it is very runny and makes some effort working it into the skin, Overall, one of the best foundations I have ever used, defiantly up there with No 7 and Estee Lauder in my eyes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 stars!! This foundation is full coverage, so blendable. Probably my favorite foundation. I wish they had a lighter shade but I made it work. It’s so nice for such an amazing price. So much better than a lot of high quality foundations... and I use mostly Mac foundations and this blows them out of the park. Not to mention I’ve gotten compliments from all kinds of people for how good my skin looks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite foundation of all time but EXPAND shades This is the best foundation I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried at least a hundred, high end and low end. It is a gorgeous full coverage satin matte finish, and it has some wonderful ingredients to help treat breakouts and soothe your skin, such as camphor and witch hazel. I honestly cannot tell a difference when I wear this than when I wear my other favorite, the Huda Beauty Faux Filter. I may go as far to even say this is a fabulous dupe for it. HOWEVER, the shade range absolutely sucks and I have to mix the lightest shade Porcelain with a pump of my L.A. Girl Foundation mixer in the white shade. Honestly, when other drugstore brands such as NYX and Colourpop are stepping up to the plate with a mass array of shades both light and dark, why can’t you Elf?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this foundation! Any time my face starts breaking out a bit, I reach for this product. It blends nicely and leaves my skin with a pleasant finish. Last time I wore it I even got a compliment on how “fresh-faced” I looked! In my experience, it does a good job of fighting acne and it provides good coverage!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the foundation but shade range sucks This foundation has demi Matt finish. I love the Finish and the staying power is brilliant. Unfortunately, the shade range is rubbish. I ordered baige colour and it is so pink. I was expecting it to be yellow it orange. E.l.f plz plz extend the range.

Is the porcelain shade lighter or is the ivory shade lighter? On the computer the shades look similar and it is hard to tell. I need the lightest one possible so to me I would think porcelain would be the lightest, but it looks darker than ivory on my scr

Asked by: claire85
Ivory is lighter and more yellow-toned. Porcelain is a bit darker but not by much and is more pink-toned.
