Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blinding! I got this for free and tried it out. At first, I was let down. I couldn’t get product off and it wasn’t as blinding as I usually like my highlighters. So I set it aside. One day, it fell off my bathroom sink and the top broke off. I decided then I would give it one more shot before throwing it away. I am SO glad I did! It was subtle at first but can be built up into a blinding highlight. I absolutely love it so I went out a bought another one once it ran out. My advice to those who have trouble with it is to scrape off the top layer. Best highlighter ever!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great color nice and rich formula I bought this a couple months ago and very impressed ! Kinda glittery but very subtle and could build up intensity as much. Doesn't look chalky or dry very, very impressive!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT I bought this around a month ago at target, and I fell in love. After you scrape off the top layer, it is stunning. It layers easily so you can have a subtle or noticeable highlight. They are so cheap with great quality. The moonlight peals is my go to highlighter! I use the e.l.f. highlighting brush and it works great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty So I ended up picking this highlighter at my local Walmart and I have to say that the quality is great for the price. I have always relied on E.L.F for great quality makeup at an affordable price for about 5 years now. I use this highlighter on a daily, it works wonders for my makeup looks. The only thing that I would recommend is that you take a disposable spoolie and and scratch the top layer off. I know it sounds strange but anyone that uses this highlighter would recommend to do that. After you get past the top layer the color payoff is really great. A few other great ways I like to use this highlighter, is putting a couple drops of a facial oil on the product itself and use your finger to pat the product on the areas you prefer to highlight. I also recommend either not setting your highlight areas, wetting your brush before usage or using a liquid highlight before applying. These are just some ways I use to get MAXIMUM payoff in the end. I use these methods most of the time, I get so many compliments and people asking me what I use. Usually when I tell them what it is they look at me crossed eyed because they are surprised that its E.L.F! (I DO HAVE VERY DRY SKIN BTW) I think we can all agree on one *CON* to this product.....The packaging is super cheap. Its understandable, but the lid breaks off almost immediately. Or at least it did for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What in the world? I was trying to buy this online and when trying to add to my cart, it started saying that I was ordering 3-6, it kept going up each time I tried to set the quantity to one! I reloaded the page, and it did the same thing happened. Though I love this highlighter, I was disappointed with the website.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but difficult to apply This highlighter gives nice colour when you can actually get some on the brush, but it is very solid and I find it difficult to get enough product on the brush. I need to put on several layers in order to get a decent look. For the price though, it's good.

I would choose Moonlight Pearls if you are looking for a brighter highlight and Blush Gems if you are looking for a more natural, rosy highlight.

Which highlighter should I get if I have tan skin? I wear light/medium or "light beige" in foundation, so that's what my skin is like. I've been using Moonlight, but it's a little too white. I was thinking Apricot??

Asked by: Rosette
Apricot definitely

I have the PALEST skin (as in, no drugstore concealers are light enough for me), and I have freckles. How light is moonlight pearls? Would it look as though I've visibly swiped a dark colour across my cheekbones, or would it look semi-decent?

Asked by: nabi
I have pale skin too. This is great for me. It is very light.

is the new apricot color good for very pale skin? it looks kinda dark in the picture but i cant tell

Asked by: Nickyoo
Apricot gold is a bronze gold colour best suited for those with darker shades as it compliments browns. Pale skin looks best with the color moonlight pearls in my opinion as silvery colours best compliment lighter tones.
