Feels amazing

This is truly an amazing product to add to your daily skin prep and care. It is very smooth going on. Not heavy nor greasy. I use this in the morning and the the retinal “oil” at night ( purple bottle). Very refreshing and have noticed a much healthier glow.

Just as good as luxury brands

I have tried the infamous CE serum from another brand and was curious if this was actually a viable alternative. Well, so far it seems to be performing the same. It arrived crystal clear, I love the droplet applicator, and I think this will be a new skincare staple for me. Highly recommend!

Product was oxidized!

I received my Vitamin C serum and it was oxidized! Orange and smelled horrible! I wrote to ELF and told them what happened and requested a replacement but so far crickets.

Effective, but the formula needs a modern makeover

I received a free full size sample to test and I've been using the Vitamin C + E + Ferulic Serum for a few weeks now. I have to say—results-wise, it's pretty solid. My skin definitely looks brighter and more even-toned, and I noticed a nice glow after just a few uses. The texture is lightweight and it absorbs quickly, which I appreciate in a serum. That said, I’m disappointed by the ingredient list. It works, yes—but it also contains a bunch of unnecessary filler ingredients that just don’t belong in modern skincare. In 2025, we should be well past the point of using outdated or questionable additives. Elf has been making strides in the beauty world, but this formula feels behind the times. Clean, streamlined skincare is the standard now, and I really hope they reformulate to reflect that. Great potential, but the junk in the formula keeps me from giving it five stars.

I’m not sure if I’m seeing results, but the scent is off putting. I hate to be this girl, but it smells like the dog food aisle at the store. If smells are a big thing for you, this isn’t the product to get.

Expect Purging With Sensitive Skin

I’d been using the CosRx hyaluronic + vitamin c 13 for about two months before switching to this one and i didn’t expect to see such intense purging because of the 2% increase. Nothing else in my routine has changed, so I know it’s this product causing this horrific breakout. I did have some purging when I started the CosRx serum, but I haven’t had a breakout like this since about 6 years ago, and I’ve also used the Roc brand too! I know you’re supposed to push through the purging, but weeks of this at a time is not ideal and i’m seriously considering stopping the use of this product. Really sad I took a risk with this!
