Smooth
This is a very smooth primer. I usually buy Clinique primer but since I've tried this elf primer, it's my new go to primer. It makes my skin feel really smooth and prepared for my foundation. I bought this type to get the coverage for facial redness.

Greasy mess
This primer doesn’t really dry well into your skin and tends to linger. The texture is extremely greasy and slippery. When trying to apply make up, it had both my foundation and concealer failing to stick and that was with a veryyyy thin layer. The point of primer is to have makeup stick to it and last, not slide around. The “brightening” effect does not work and your skin will look exactly the same as when you began.

Great Primer If
I bought this primer recently and it works soooo well with my foundation; you can definitely see a difference. With that being said, I apply, wait for it to dry (1-2 min) and follow with a silicone based foundation. I think that bad reviews are people who are using water based foundations.

My favorite primer!
I bought this primer this summer and am in love. I like that it leaves my skin smooth but not greasy and its more solid then the jelly or liquid primers out there. Also if my product is dry, I add this primer to it and its great!

Good primer, not so brightening...
This primer is a good base for my makeup and feels so silky smooth on my skin, but I don't notice any brightening effects. It is still a great price for a primer.

Doesn't smell great
I'm a fan of elf cosmetics; I've made several large purchases in the last few months. I wanted to try this to brighten my skin because I have a sallow complexion. I've only used it once, but I'm not fond of the smell, which is kind of like cooking oil.

Tiny Amount in Large Bottle
I bought this about 3 months ago at Christmas. I absolutely love the product. It makes my skin look and feel phenomenal. I use it sparingly. I had enough to use across my cheeks and between my eyebrows only 3 times. The size of the bottle is quite misleading as to the actual contents. I'm going back to the lavender color correcting crayon

There's a Primer Finder Test here on the Website which will Suggest what's the best Primer for you. I have Oily Skin and they recommended the Lavendar Primer. Although, I do like their Blemish Control, Mineral Primer in the White Bottle, and other than that I bought the Poreless Primer so I am interested to see the turn out. Good luck!

Not sure, as it does not say oil-free or non-comedogenic. Just to be safe, I'd recommend elf's blemish control primer for you.
