Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made my eye bags even worse looking. I bought the green stick yesterday at Ulta near me and tried it today; it was just all wrong. I usually love ELF products, but not this one. I returned it today. I was hard to put on, then it stayed greasy and was very easy to come off. I put my regular concealer over it and it all just wiped away and left my bags looking worse than ever before, an the green shows too much and doesn't stay where you put it. Maybe I should have tried the powder. But I give up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slippery product... I got the green to cancel out the redness on my face, mostly for the occasional zits or red spots. While it definitely does calm the redness down, the product itself seems like it could be blended into oblivion. I either have way too much green or not enough. I have to work with it to get the right balance. That's the case with a lot of products, but I wish it was just a bit tackier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have the peach and green ones. I use the peach/light orange dark circle corrector every day under my eyes. Since it's a little thick, I use my fingers to blend it and warm it up, and then put my foundation over it. No more dark circles! The green is a completely different story. I have a red undertone so I thought the green would help even it out under my foundation, but it's so bright and thick that it just looks green no matter how much I blend it. Maybe I can use it as green face makeup for Halloween. Definitely recommend the dark circle corrector, but not the red corrector.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too orange-y I bought this in the correct dark circles for light skin tones. I thought it looked a bit orangey. Then my boyfriend asked if I used some new makeup that was orange so I think if he noticed it was probably not a good look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I am so impressed with this product. Its so moisturising and it covers up dark circles GREAT. You don't even need concealer afterwards, its such an amazing product, it really works for dark circles

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great find! I have very dark (hereditary) circles since I was a kid that being said, I have tried high end to drugstore products, and while there is really nothing that will cover my circles completely there are products that help. This is one of them. I tried the Becca brightening and had not luck, most correctors just don't work for me because they cake up and crease too much but this one did great! It feels lightweight I am able to apply my concealer and setting powder over it nicely. For a few bucks definitely worth a try if you struggle with dark circles.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan I bought this to help color correct my dark circles and this product is difficult to layer with a regular concealer. I have applied this under my eyes after priming with the hydrating under eye primer and concentrated it on the darker parts of my dark circles. The application is easy and it's easy to blend out, however, once I put my regular concealer on top and try to blend it out, the pigment doesn't stay and it's almost as if putting the regular concealer on top removes this product. If I attempt to lightly blend out the regular concealer to not move this concealer around, it looks super cakey under the eyes. I've also tried adding a little bit of almond oil to my sponge to help make the appearance less cakey and it doesn't help either. It's possible that I'm using this product incorrectly but I would imagine that this is supposed to work well under a regular concealer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Transforming! This color correcting stick is the just the antidote to my dark under eye circles! The actual pigmentation of the stick is the key here. For my skin tone the color is perfect to cancel out darkness. So that + the ease of application is a miracle to me. I sometimes I feel like I don't even need to apply concealer after applying the corrector and blending in. Fabulous product!

is it necessary to use foundation on top of these? im thinking of buying the green one, because my cheeks are always red and blotchy, but i dont wear foundation as often as i used to.

Asked by: alex27
Absolutely. Correcting colors like these are usually always meant to be worn under foundation/concealer. They prevent the undesired colors from showing THROUGH makeup.

I have very dark circles under my eyes, it looks like I have black eyes. I am Native American and I use the caramel foundation, what concealer should I use?

Asked by: Lumbeelady75
The light orange might turn ashy on you.You should probably use the dark orange. You only need a small amount and a little goes a long way. Also make sure to blend really well so it doesn't seep through your concealer.

Do these twist up for more product?

Asked by: RissaC
It's quite a bit of product for the price. I pay 9.99 for the one I regularly use. I just got mine and I'm a caramel complexion; I find it very similar to my Cover Girl Complexion stick for half the price. I love it. I thought the color was going to be off but when I put it on this morning it was surprisingly close. I tend to pick at my break outs so I have dark spots; this worked under my bb cream for the perfect glow.

How much product, in fluid ounces, are you getting?

Asked by: PhoebeC
Your not getting over 3 ounces of product. That might be the weight of the entire container and product. I threw out the packaging already so I can't say how much your getting. But it's quite a bit. Mine arrived today so I can eyeball the product. I don't have a tape measure handy, but it measures somewhere between 1/4" and 1/2" in diameter. Closer to the later than the former. It twists up, and is at least 1" long BUT I would say it's a bit longer, but I don't think it's quite 1.5" inches. But I could be wrong. But that gives you an idea about it. I haven't used it yet to use it as it's intended, however I did do a swatch on my hand and I'm in love. The consistency is about perfect because it's not to hard and not to soft. I have several lipstick style concealers that are other brands, and yesterday I just grabbed one of the three brands I own and I couldn't believe how hard it was and it's been that way since I bought it. Which is why I have others, and I threw it out. (finally) But the ELF one is just the right consistency, not to soft and not to hard. And I will be stocking up on these, and I won't be rebuying the color correctors in the palette. The color is very different than the palette and that's in a good way.
