Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got Rid of Redness! I tried the Correct the Red concealer and was blown away. At first, I thought I would not be able to get rid of the green, but after a few minutes of blending I was able to get to a natural color. I have very fair skin but I deal with redness on my cheeks and forehead. Without much product, I was able to completely get rid of the redness. With this product, I can leave the house with no makeup (besides the concealer) and I won't be self-conscious about my skin. I am trying the dark circles corrector next!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SO CONFLICTED. This was going to be my holy grail I'd never used a color corrector before this, I just thought if I'm wearing concealer anyways that should cover my undereyes and thats that. Fastforward to after final exams and I ended up with very dark circles so I thought I'd give it a shot. Let me tell you, it was AN INCREDIBLE DIFFERENCE. I raved about this product to everyone I possibly could, it completely transformed my makeup look since under the eyes became flawless. It feels almost waxy-ish after applied but not in a bad way, it never dried out my undereyes and it left a smooth surface for the concealer to go on top. So now where things went wrong is I've been trying to move away from concealers, and instead just use up my medium coverage foundation under the eyes (nars sheer glow). Anyway, the issue is, with a LIQUID product on top, this corrector compleeeetely breaks apart and shows through underneath as patches of orange and patches with nothing - so purple under eye. It looks awfuuuuull. I tried everything; just gently tapping the foundation on top of the corrector without rubbing, I tried thinning the foundation first before placing it on top, literally nothing worked. Long story short? It is AMAZING underneath thick concealer/foundation. it is HORRIFYING under liquid concealer/foundation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Impressed Overall This is actually a pretty good product overall. The colour is great for my fair skin tone and I don't even need to go over anything with concealer. I put this on and the dark circles are gone. I'd also say it went a full 16-hour day on my face, with a bit of blotting as well as some touch ups with powder (about three or so). It only looks cakey if I don't set it with powder, so for the price, and the amount of product you get, it's a steal. I have very oily skin so I'm always skeptical of stuff like this but fortunately it worked out! Just a note for those of your who may order this product: right now e.l.f. doesn't actually package it with any cellophane around it, so I received this product damaged -- the product ended up everywhere, falling out of its packaging and basically smudged all over the inside of the box and everything I ordered. However, I'm giving e.l.f. the full five stars because they corrected the issue within 12 hours. They couldn't send me another one so I ended up disinfecting the stick with rubbing alcohol and it works just fine. Not only is this a solid product, but the service in this situation was quite good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best concealer for darker skintones I first tried the the red color correcting stick before Christmas and was amazed. This is the first product to reduce the appearance of undereye circles on darker skintones. It lasts all day and does not cake. It takes 10 years off my appearance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blends in well I have dark circles under my eyes and red patchy skin. I usually apply this product with just my Mineral Infused primer. But now I apply the peach Color Correcting Stick on top of Mineral Infused Primer under my eyes and then apply the green Color Correcting Stick on top of my tone adjusting primer to get rid of the red and it works so WELL. I don't color correct until my primer is on because it makes the application SO much smoother. Really recommend trying this stuff out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No visible dark circles! FOR LIGHT SKIN TONES: This is the first product I apply after washing and moisturizing my face. Then I use my Covergirl concealer, blend with a beauty blender followed by using the E. L. F. Ultimate Blending Brush. I apply my Clinique foundation afterwords. I am amazed by this product, wish I purchased sooner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bit thick Definitely colour corrects, but I find it a bit thick - it still shows through concealer put on top of it, doesn't really blend into skin tends to sit on top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love it I have searched for a good color corrector and this one is so good. Its very creamy and blends in to the skin well with your figure, brush or beauty blender. It works well under the eyes and a perfect color for my dark skin. So happy!

is it necessary to use foundation on top of these? im thinking of buying the green one, because my cheeks are always red and blotchy, but i dont wear foundation as often as i used to.

Asked by: alex27
Absolutely. Correcting colors like these are usually always meant to be worn under foundation/concealer. They prevent the undesired colors from showing THROUGH makeup.

I have very dark circles under my eyes, it looks like I have black eyes. I am Native American and I use the caramel foundation, what concealer should I use?

Asked by: Lumbeelady75
The light orange might turn ashy on you.You should probably use the dark orange. You only need a small amount and a little goes a long way. Also make sure to blend really well so it doesn't seep through your concealer.

Do these twist up for more product?

Asked by: RissaC
It's quite a bit of product for the price. I pay 9.99 for the one I regularly use. I just got mine and I'm a caramel complexion; I find it very similar to my Cover Girl Complexion stick for half the price. I love it. I thought the color was going to be off but when I put it on this morning it was surprisingly close. I tend to pick at my break outs so I have dark spots; this worked under my bb cream for the perfect glow.

How much product, in fluid ounces, are you getting?

Asked by: PhoebeC
Your not getting over 3 ounces of product. That might be the weight of the entire container and product. I threw out the packaging already so I can't say how much your getting. But it's quite a bit. Mine arrived today so I can eyeball the product. I don't have a tape measure handy, but it measures somewhere between 1/4" and 1/2" in diameter. Closer to the later than the former. It twists up, and is at least 1" long BUT I would say it's a bit longer, but I don't think it's quite 1.5" inches. But I could be wrong. But that gives you an idea about it. I haven't used it yet to use it as it's intended, however I did do a swatch on my hand and I'm in love. The consistency is about perfect because it's not to hard and not to soft. I have several lipstick style concealers that are other brands, and yesterday I just grabbed one of the three brands I own and I couldn't believe how hard it was and it's been that way since I bought it. Which is why I have others, and I threw it out. (finally) But the ELF one is just the right consistency, not to soft and not to hard. And I will be stocking up on these, and I won't be rebuying the color correctors in the palette. The color is very different than the palette and that's in a good way.
