It does a job (for NYX Jumbo pencil)

I bought this to use with NYX jumbo pencil and it works very well. Some reviews said that it doesn't fit but you just need to take the outer part off before using it.

Chewed Up My Pencils!

Surprisingly, the sharpener that comes with their $1 eyeliner pencil is WAY better than this. This sharpener chewed up my pencils so badly I immediately threw it away. Not recommended.

Price hike

I can’t believe Elf raised the price. I was just about to order ten of the perfect makeup sharpener at two dollars a piece. I love how well dependable reliable this item is. With sooo many pencils still not available in the twist up or retractable I have them in all my makeup bags. I’m always giving them away. I was ready to place my order and a problem arose in my discount in which customer service resolved for me. I’m finally at Icon status. I could have reached that months ago. There are sooo many discontinued items like the Gilter liquid eyeshadow- Disco Queen was my go to. The prices are crazy when and if you can find them on the secondary market. The product that was discontinued and I’ve used forever is the eyeshadow primer that comes in the pale yellow canvas hard plastic container is like looking at Clinique Green. I’m tired of trying so many other companies eyeshadow primer and they are expensive compared to Elf and almost all are gel like this completely new formula. There is no reason Elf can’t have both formulas. The makeup keeps being discontinued and not replaced. I hope your new skincare accusation is worth all this change i remember how happy I was when I first discovered Elf. I still have Elf nail polish which worked well with my own vase and top coat. Elf used to make portable eyeshadow duo”s. I can’t carry around the ten pan in such color stories that make Elf look dyslexic. You had a great ten pan in baked eyeshadow called California. It’s like these favorites all get discontinued like the original yellow eyeshadow primer. A great bundle for twenty dollars was still on your site a few weeks ago that had the yellow eyeshadow primer in it. It had a sponge your green primer- it’s great that is now available in a larger size- and a clear lip gloss. I thought oh good my go to eyeshadow primer is still available on your site. I wrote to customer service about ordering and received no answer. What Elf should do is continue to carry the discontinued products in their own section online on the Elf site. I understand some items can’t be carried in brick and mortar retail locations. I was just looking at the Elf section at Walmart and it looks so drab. CVS can certainly carry seasonal lines as they have so many cosmetic shelves for the much easier to look at and find things. The iconic eyeliner that has its own sharpener in the cap is now only available in black. It is one of the rare eyeliners that stays on your waterline. Elf should package this product in one package with at least five original colors all with their own caps with sharpeners on each color. Hope the price on that haven’t been raised. I still can’t believe Elf would ever raise the price on one of the best products ever. It has the top to collect the shavings. The also terrible discontinued items are all the beautiful metallic bolored brushes. I have a baby blue metallic set. The little blue metallic bag won’t add to my bag. Elf needs to reconnect with Elf focus groups to regain and maintain the Elf customers there is so much blue skincare that works well. The announcement of the purchase of Roade didn’t just come out of the blue. Is Elf going to retire all the current skincare products. Elf has not grown with their core customers. I’d love to get quite a few of the newly retired bundle that has the yellow eyeshadow primer in itself needs to bring back alluring cosmetics in great color stories. There is nothing new and exciting to order and to much has been discontinued. Bring back the two dollar items before he actually penny is no longer a part of currency. Some people actually have always shopped and always carried two dollar bills since the focus on them in 1976. Elf should continue the two dollar price point. Elf isn’t even represented in goths beauty store that says they have stores from Denver to Dallas called Happy Beauty where almost all of the products sell for $9.99 or less. They have some great product lines from drugstores in England. That’s all there is to say as all the discontinued Elf products are flooding TJ Max. It’s sad that’s how you find out all your favorite products from Elf have been discontinued. Please bring back the yellow eyeshadow primer and bring back the two dollar items before Elf products.

Effective sharpener.

I've used E.L.F sharpeners a lot. It's affordable and does what it's supposed to do for my favorite pencil eyeliners and lipliners. And for the price point I can't complain!

Just the right size

I have multiple jumbo pencils highlighters that I couldn't sharpen and this one fits them perfectly. And for $2, it seems sturdy and sharp enough.

Great pencil sharpener

So as you can see my photos, there's this little like spatula it comes out and if you get like lip liner eyeliner pencil lead stuck you can like use the little spatula to pull it out like that's a cool hidden feature. I didn't see it in any room of the reviews, but like that's cool like it's just a solid pencil. Sharpener gray it works great. It sharpens two different sizes of pencils so yeah bye

I keep this sharpener in my makeup bag and for the price I would say it does what it needs to.
