- Gently roll the tip from the inner to the outer corner of the under eye area several times to disperse the formula.
- Apply morning, night or as often as needed throughout the day.

I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror.
I have always, always, ALWAYS struggled with under eye veins, so I always look exhausted. I've always wanted to try one of those under eye pen things, but can't justify spending $16+ on a product that probably won't work. So when I came across this, I figured, why not? If it doesn't work, oh well. In the morning, before starting my makeup routine, I rolled this little ball pen thing on, and then proceeded to put my hair up in a pony tail. Within a couple of minutes, it had done it's magic... and I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror when I looked! It was incredible. It's so cooling and refreshing on the eye, that even if it didn't work, it's very relaxing just to put on. It's an absolute must in my collection. I'll be buying this product for the rest of my life. I love it. It's great under a full face of makeup, or those days where you're just running out the door. The product name on the packaging isn't stamped strongly on to the pen, so if you're the type of person who needs to know what every product is, I'd recommend sticking your own label on it.

I think the effectiveness of this product really depends on the severity of your under eye circles and puffiness. I have what I would call medium to dark circles depending on how much sleep I've gotten and this works okay for me. It works better on puffiness rather than dark circles but I did notice a reduction in both. However I feel if you have relatively light circles the changes might not be as significant or noticeable and as far as I can understand you're supposed to use this at least two times a day for best results not just when you "need it". Either way though I like it and it really waked up my eyes.

It's great! But it rusts.
My overall opinion on this product is that it's good. The formula doesn't seem like just some pleasant smelling water. I feel like this actually works, and the skin around my eyes really does feel refreshed. It feels great on hot summer days. It's affordable, compared to other brands' eye refreshers. However, the roller rusts after a while. That's really the only thing I have wrong with it. I had to throw it out when it was about half used. Otherwise, if you can used the whole thing before it rusts, I absolutely recommend!

Makes my eyes feel less tired.
I really love how easy this product is to use! It also does a really good job of cooling down the area under my eyes and making it look less puffy. And it's a bargain!

It’s MAGIC...because it disappears!
I bought this for 1.25 at a dollar store that carries elf, made a difference for a bit. Then the product disappears, I’m not sure if it dried out or what the heck happened-I know 4$ To re-order is “cheap” but NOT for something that will stop working. Would LOVE if it actually worked well lol Don’t get me wrong It’s a really good idea, Under the eye and it felt nice with the serum but I feel the metal ball roller is to tight to let product get by Consistently. With my other acne roller I noticed how you need to hold the roller on a angle just to let the product get rolled. A angle like that is just too awkward, however id suggest 100% to anyone who wants to waste money-haha just joking but I do feel elf does seem to have a problem with hit or miss products!

It feels awesome, for sure, but unfortunately I am a sleep deprived college student and... does pretty much nothing for the darkness of my circles. I've been using mine for nearly a month now, and it definitely wakes me up in the morning but the severity of under my eyes hasn't really changed any.

Cooling and refreshing
I bought this over two months ago and I still have some left. It is a nice product to refresh your eye bags and under the eyes. It does not really take away my dark circles but I am sure with a great diet, great skincare and enough sleep hours..this product can work!

When I apply it, what should I expect? I applied it twice under my eyes and I feel some kinda strong tingling. There’s no allergic reaction though. My eyes felt refreshed after some time. just concerned if it’s a good thing or bad.

You can, however it is a thin substance and might feel uncomfortable. I don't believe it would help with anything on your lips, though, because it is made especially for under eyes. It shouldn't actually harm your lips! I don't know exactly why you wish to use it on your lips, but if it is to moisturize them, it may be better to use a lip treatment such as balm. Plus, this product does not smell amazing in my opinion(and it probably wouldn't taste good either) so you theoretically could use this product for your lips if you desire but it isn't made for that purpose and may not provide the service you would like for it to give you.

I have sensitive skin, and I noticed that one of the main ingredients is propylene glycol, which can have damaging effects on skin (especially around the eyes and more sensitive areas). Has there been any complaints of breakouts or rashes?
