How to Use Eyeshadow Topper:
- Prep your eyelids with Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer for a smooth, long-wear application.

So shimmery!!🤩
I have a high end shimmer and it doesn’t even compare. It is pretty tiny but it’s not like you can run through it quickly. A lot goes a VERY long way

These shadows left me somewhat disappointed. They are hard pressed and difficult to pick up on a brush or finger. When I can pick them up they have a greasy texture. I guess I just expected more. I must be spoiled by the real Moondust and indie shadows that I own. One thing for sure, in room light, it’s hard to see the shimmer, but in sunlight or low light the shimmer comes to life.

Can’t go wrong with elf 🩷
This is some great eyeshadow!! I love how it feels and how it blends very well. It doesn’t leave a lot of little flakes when you put it on either which I love!! The packaging came and as you can see is super cute!! I love it!!

Love this eyeshadow!
I love how shiny the eyeshadow is and the cutesy packaging of it. It has light texture and brighten up the whole facial line. It is also hard to fall off the face when blinking. Moreover, is is easy to blend out instead of sticking into clusters. Great pigmentation in general!

The e.l.f. Fine as Fleck Glitter Eyeshadow delivers impressive results for the price point. The texture feels smooth and creamy when applied, with fine glitter particles that don’t feel gritty or scratchy on the eyelids. The pigmentation is surprisingly rich - a little goes a long way to achieve vibrant color payoff that shows up well even on deeper skin tones. Fallout is minimal when applied with a flat shader brush and patting motions, though I’d recommend doing eye makeup before foundation to catch any stray glitter. The blendability is decent for a glitter formula, though it works best when packed on rather than blended extensively at the edges. The packaging is typical e.l.f. style - simple plastic compact that’s functional but not luxurious, with a clear lid that lets you see the shade easily.

Easy to apply, stays throughout the day for much longer than I anticipated. It has a light, shimmery color that helps enhance the 'everyday' look. I use it on the days I go into the office and I feel it makes me look a little more alive, even though I don't put a lot of effort into my make up. It has a creamy texture, the packaging and application is very convenient. No scents.
