How to Use Eyeshadow Topper:
- Prep your eyelids with Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer for a smooth, long-wear application.

I have a high end shimmer and it doesn’t even compare. It is pretty tiny but it’s not like you can run through it quickly. A lot goes a VERY long way

These shadows left me somewhat disappointed. They are hard pressed and difficult to pick up on a brush or finger. When I can pick them up they have a greasy texture. I guess I just expected more. I must be spoiled by the real Moondust and indie shadows that I own. One thing for sure, in room light, it’s hard to see the shimmer, but in sunlight or low light the shimmer comes to life.

The sparkles are great, wish it was a bit more sparkly, it reminds me of midnight cowboy. It has a bit of a fallout but that’s expected for the glitter specks.

First of all, the name is so cute, I loved it from the get go. This is a beautiful shimmer that I like to put on my lids after creating a smokier effect closer to my brow bones. It is just the right amount of glitter, and blends beautifully. It brightens up the eye and stays on all day. The container it is in is acrylic, and has a nice hinge which gives it a more expensive feel.

Gorgeous
Gorgeous glimmer shade that you can wear alone or layer over others. The pigment isn’t too strong but the glimmer effect is very noticeable. I think it’s best applied with your finger vs a brush.
