How to Use Eyeshadow Topper:
- Prep your eyelids with Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer for a smooth, long-wear application.
- Using a clean finger, apply over eyeshadow to add highlight and dimension, or press onto bare lids for a subtle wash of sparkle.

I have a high end shimmer and it doesn’t even compare. It is pretty tiny but it’s not like you can run through it quickly. A lot goes a VERY long way

These shadows left me somewhat disappointed. They are hard pressed and difficult to pick up on a brush or finger. When I can pick them up they have a greasy texture. I guess I just expected more. I must be spoiled by the real Moondust and indie shadows that I own. One thing for sure, in room light, it’s hard to see the shimmer, but in sunlight or low light the shimmer comes to life.

I liked this product but I wouldn't say it's one of my top e.l.f. products (I use MANY). The reason I say that is because I actually expected the glitter to be a little bit more pronounced. It's definitely a more subtle glitter and isn't super pigmented. So if that's what you're looking for, this is probably a good choice for you, it was just a little different than what I was expecting. But it lasted the whole night, and added a little fun to my matte shadows that I layered underneath.

Lovely!
Really pretty color and shimmer effect. Doesn't require much to get the job done and really elevates my look. I will purchase again, and in additional colors. Also the packaging is attractive and sturdy. I think it will survive longer than most e.l.f. hinged compact products so - to me, their biggest flaw is that the hinges break quickly, even just sitting gently in my drawer. But I don't think that will be the fate of this one.

A bit of of fun glam to the routine!
I've been waiting for a while for the shade Fine as Fleck to come back into stock and WHEW am I glad I finally invested! It's a sultry, cool-toned glitter that I love adding as a final topper to my eyeshadow. Super cute and definitely a fun purchase!
