Disappointed
I thought it would be more of a dupe but it is not. I ordered strawberry shortcake 🍰 and it smells just like the strawberry squeeze me lip balm and it feels like it and looks like it just with shine. Hopefully elf won't discontinue those for this over priced junk because I prefer the squeeze me balm. Don't waste your money. I'm getting disappointed in elf lately. They need to be more original.

Moisturizing and pretty!
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The shade I received is a Strawberry shortcake, a gorgeous pink perfect for this summer. The pigment is just the perfect amount and it can be used without lipstick or as a topper. Whether I wear it in full glam or a more natural look this product makes my lips look so shiny and pretty. I wear it often even when the rest of my makeup is off. The formula is on the thicker side and kind of sticky. My lips felt very soft while (and after) wearing the lip balm. The bottle is a simple squeeze tube made for easy applications. The applicator itself is very bouncy and applies the product quickly and evenly. The price is good, especially for such a good quality lip balm.

Not for me…
I got the shade vanilla toffee and although it smells somewhat good, the formula is both sticky and oily, i didnt like the summer fridays version either. It makes my lips flake after a while and its so gritty and uncomfortable to wear, its just not for me

Omg this is actually so good!!! I really like how you can layer the color, l personally like a more subtle color on my lips I put a little less. But if you and a more vibrant color you absolutely can! When my friend tried a more vibrant color it looked amazing! The only thing I do have to say about his is that the flavoring and the scent are extremely artificial, and I personally think it’s like cherry medicine. So if you have a more sensitive nose to strong smell I would probably not really recommend this, but other than that it’s great!
