Obsessed with the smell

It was good, but...

I received my product to sample on my way out to do some shopping and had forgotten to use any lip product so it was perfect timing. I applied it and was quite impressed with the feeling, it was very buttery in texture, it went on smoothly. Wasn't a fan of the scent, and I didn't feel like there was much colour pay off at all (even with reapplying), but perhaps the colour was just too light for me (Strawberry Shortcake). The shine was nice, it wore comfortably but I found it didn't really last particularly long. I doubt I would search this product out, but if I came across it on sale? I might pick up another colour. This lip balm is honestly so good. I’ve tried tons, and this one’s up there. The Strawberry Shortcake shade gives just the right amount of color, just a really pretty tint and it keeps my lips feeling soft. I like wearing it every day at work or when I’m out with friends since it actually lasts during the day. It goes on smooth, not sticky or greasy at all. The scent and taste are light, which I like as they're not overpowering. The product size is also good. I really like this E.L.F Lip Balm definitely recommend it. It’s seriously the best lip balm ever! I have yummy gummy and absolutely loveeeeee the taste of it. One thing I’ve noticed about the other lip balms on the market is that they SMELL good but not TASTE good. This has the best taste and it’s like candy! So good and hydrating!!!
