How to use a waterproof eyeliner pen:

1. Shake liquid eyeliner well before use.
2. Using the brush tip of the smudge-proof eyeliner, draw from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible.
3. Slant the eyeliner pen to create a thicker line.
4. Use with waterproof mascara and smudge proof eyeshadow for a complete long-lasting eye look.
