I received this ELF Halo Glow Powder Filter in Light Warm from ELF (in exchange for a review). First the packaging is really cute. It has a compartment with a mirror and powder puff which is convenient. I used this on top of my makeup as a setting powder. I have combo skin and get oily around my t-zone. It held up really well after wearing for several hours. I also really like the smoothing effect it gives you. It really looks airbrushed and so nice. I have been reaching for it every time I use my makeup now. Overall 10/10!

Great for a quick no make up look!
I loved using this for on the go and for an easy no make up look. I paired this with Elf's All Set For Sun spf setting spray, a touch of blush and was ready to go! It left me feeling and looking glowy and dewy. The powder filter lasted a long while I feel, at leas will give you 4 to 5 hours of coverage. It's easy to apply and this is a multipurpose powder so it acts like foundation and concealer. Only down side was that the shade was a bit off, but I managed to blend it out a bit. Love this product
I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. I got it in deep neutral shade which was too dark for me unfortunately . But i tried it as bronzer and contour and i love this. The packaging is perfect as it has mirror and powder puff. I found it lightweight and good for oily skin.

I like how this e.l.f. Halo Glow Powder Filter is long-lasting and brings a soft glow to your face! It's also great that it is free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban, hydroquinone, and sulfates! Unfortunately though, it is still made with and contains many unhealthy, toxic ingredients which makes it not safe to use and to have on my skin. If it was completely free of those toxins and made with natural ingredients instead, then it would be safe, healthy, and wonderful! Perfect glow!
I really enjoyed this product. It gives a beautiful glow in the face. It’s easily applied in the face and I love that it’s a powder that you could control the Intensity of the powder. I Wanted to LOVE It, But...
Unfortunately, I merely liked it. (Sorry, e.l.f.!) I received a generous, free, retail-sized compact of Halo Glow Pressed Powder (shade: Light Neutral) from TopBox Circle a few weeks ago, and having tried the product several times, I have determined that the product itself is GOOD. However, at the moment, with seasonal and hormonal changes (perimenopause) as well as recent changes in prescription medications (affecting my skin's texture and hydration), e.l.f.'s Halo Setting Powder is something that I'll have to continue using for the next couple of months, when my skin has better adjusted to current changes. At 50, with maturing (but typically combination, clear) skin, I LOVE that there's no talc in the formulation! The fine-milled texture is very soft, and the Light Neutral shade was perfect for my skin tone! Due to the currently dehydrated, slightly drier skin, unfortunately, the Halo Glow Pressed Powder will likely have to be used only to set and touch up areas of my T-zone, as the MATTE finish accentuates the currently dehydrated, slightly drier state of my perimenopausal skin. I might also try buffing the powder in with a kabuki brush, for a possibly more diffused, airbrushed look, but suspect the powder will be strictly for SETTING and touching up my t-zone until such time as my skin (hopefully) returns to its typically more balanced and hydrated state. In a world full of too many talc-filled powders, the e.l.f. Halo Glow Powder Filter IS a good bargain, and I appreciated the opportunity to try it for free!

No, but it creates a waxy, shiny sort of film that enhances all of the pores and imperfections. Like a rubber paste or something. It's nasty. Don't waste your money.
