I received this ELF Halo Glow Powder Filter in Light Warm from ELF (in exchange for a review). First the packaging is really cute. It has a compartment with a mirror and powder puff which is convenient. I used this on top of my makeup as a setting powder. I have combo skin and get oily around my t-zone. It held up really well after wearing for several hours. I also really like the smoothing effect it gives you. It really looks airbrushed and so nice. I have been reaching for it every time I use my makeup now. Overall 10/10!

Makes my skin glow!
I don’t wear very little makeup and this is the perfect amount of coverage for me. It goes on the skin very easily and does not cake. I like compact because it has a nice mirror and a separate compartment for the puff that come with it. The scent is very minimal which is great for my sensitive skin.

I want to love this, but I don’t.  I’m fair cool and I ordered the lightest shade they had and it is noticeably dark and slightly yellow. I used it yesterday with the watermelon primer, halo glow filter and dewy setting spray. it separated… It was terrible and I think it was the powder because I’ve used all those other products and interchangeably and never had any problems. I’ve used it by itself and while I think the coverage is enough, it’s just the shade range is two dark. This is a reoccurring issue with elf.

No, but it creates a waxy, shiny sort of film that enhances all of the pores and imperfections. Like a rubber paste or something. It's nasty. Don't waste your money.
