I received this ELF Halo Glow Powder Filter in Light Warm from ELF (in exchange for a review). First the packaging is really cute. It has a compartment with a mirror and powder puff which is convenient. I used this on top of my makeup as a setting powder. I have combo skin and get oily around my t-zone. It held up really well after wearing for several hours. I also really like the smoothing effect it gives you. It really looks airbrushed and so nice. I have been reaching for it every time I use my makeup now. Overall 10/10!

Great flawless blurring product
I am super happy with this Glow Powder Filter from Elf. I am happy with the shade as it perfectly matches my skin tone and is a great product to not only set makeup but blur it and I found it really did have a filter like effect on skin. It blends seamlessly and is not so pigmented where there is a distinct contrast between face and neck. I am really happy with the consistency of the powder as it is not drying at all, I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.

No, but it creates a waxy, shiny sort of film that enhances all of the pores and imperfections. Like a rubber paste or something. It's nasty. Don't waste your money.
