I’ve been using the e.l.f. Halo Glow Skin Tint SPF 50 in the shade 11 Tan Warm, and honestly, I’m pretty into it. It’s super lightweight and gives my skin a nice, dewy glow without feeling heavy or greasy. I love that it has SPF 50—it’s always a win when makeup has solid sun protection built in. The shade 11 Tan Warm works well for my skin tone, though I have seen some people mention it can lean a bit orange, so that might vary depending on your undertone. If you’ve got oily skin, it might be a little too glowy (aka borderline shiny), and if you don’t prep your skin well, it can cling to dry patches or texture. I usually make sure to moisturize beforehand and sometimes set it with a bit of powder, especially if I’m going to be out for a while. For the price (around $18), it’s a pretty solid option for everyday wear. It’s not full coverage, but if you’re into that natural skin-but-better vibe, I’d say give it a shot.

Great skin make up.
I received Halo Glow Skin Tint SPF 50 – 11 Tan Warm in the mail. This make up provides great coverage if you like full coverage . But I noticed it makes my face very oily and thick liquid make up, It's not light coverage. I guess it has sunscreen coverage I'm not too fond of it. Thanks to Buzz Agent for the free sample, put I'll pass on this next time.

i love this for my base, makes me super glowy. my only complaint is the price, i’ve always bought from elf bevahse of the product for the price. buying something for 18 dollars was not on my bucket list

Feels and looks great
I’ve been waiting for an ELF tinted moisturizer and this does not disappointment. I love the feel when applying and how it wears throughout the day. I took off one star because it can start feeling heavy and thick if you try to build up too much coverage, probably due to the sunscreen in it. That said, I wanted a lighter coverage and more hydration for hot, humid summers. On days I want a little more coverage I just switch my CC cream. My base moisturizer and primer both have sunscreen, so I’d like to see more buildable coverage without caking up if it meant backing off the sunscreen in this. For now, I just forego the primer and it still wears well enough through most of the day. For the price this is a great value.

I am sooo stoked this surfer girl gave ELF a shot. The Halo Glow Skin Tint is everything ILIA was not to me. ILIA was a disaster and this seems to be the answer to my skin issues. This product has a great line of shades and I found a solid match. It has a pleasant smell and does the trick. Coverage is natural and long lasting. Sometimes at the end of the day I have to touch up but at least at this price I can afford to. Woohoo!

One of their articles describes this as "Not a foundation and not your typical tinted moisturizer—this is the perfect in-between." So, are you supposed to use moisturizer before using this product? Or is this supposed to act as a moisturizer + coverage?

I've applied this using my fingers, a sponge and a brush. The finish is flawless immediately after application but I found that the product oxidizes, separates and appears cakey after less than an hour. Is there a trick to this product?

While there may be no added fragrance, don't let that fool you there is no scent. THIS REEKS TO HIGH HEAVEN. Like a burnt band-aid. It's terrible. I can't wear it because of this. I don't understand why more people aren't talking about it, other than I have some special kind of nose, or my batch somehow went off.
