I’ve been using the e.l.f. Halo Glow Skin Tint SPF 50 in the shade 11 Tan Warm, and honestly, I’m pretty into it. It’s super lightweight and gives my skin a nice, dewy glow without feeling heavy or greasy. I love that it has SPF 50—it’s always a win when makeup has solid sun protection built in. The shade 11 Tan Warm works well for my skin tone, though I have seen some people mention it can lean a bit orange, so that might vary depending on your undertone. If you’ve got oily skin, it might be a little too glowy (aka borderline shiny), and if you don’t prep your skin well, it can cling to dry patches or texture. I usually make sure to moisturize beforehand and sometimes set it with a bit of powder, especially if I’m going to be out for a while. For the price (around $18), it’s a pretty solid option for everyday wear. It’s not full coverage, but if you’re into that natural skin-but-better vibe, I’d say give it a shot.

Great skin make up.
I received Halo Glow Skin Tint SPF 50 – 11 Tan Warm in the mail. This make up provides great coverage if you like full coverage . But I noticed it makes my face very oily and thick liquid make up, It's not light coverage. I guess it has sunscreen coverage I'm not too fond of it. Thanks to Buzz Agent for the free sample, put I'll pass on this next time.

This is the best skin tint I’ve ever used! Usually I feel like they give me absolutely no coverage (which I know is the point), but this one does and it’s buildable. It is very dewy but some powder helps with that if you don’t want to be as dewy that day. It lasts just as long as my high end foundation. It’s the best elf product I’ve tried!

Gorgeous on dry skin!
I would imagine that this would be a greasy nightmare if your skin is on the oily side, but it’s ideal for people with drier complexions. Impressive coverage with very little product, blends into the skin beautifully, and leaves the skin looking hydrated with a very natural finish. I got the 2W fair shade (this wasn’t one of my picks) and I’ve got a cool skin tone, was worried it would look super orange on me but it somehow works. Doesn’t look like the wrong tone on me but maybe it’s bc I have a little sun currently. I can even use powder, which I typically avoid, without looking dusty. I’ll likely repurchase this when I run out so I’d definitely recommend this product!

The fragrance is not for me
As someone who regularly uses and enjoys many E.L.F. products, I was excited to try this formula. The product delivers beautiful coverage with a smooth, even finish that performs exceptionally well throughout the day. From a performance standpoint it’s a good product. However, the fragrance is noticeably strong and, unfortunately, quite unpleasant. For a product designed for facial application, scent plays a significant role in user experience, and in this case, it was overwhelming enough that I couldn’t continue using it. I was surprised this isn’t mentioned more often in reviews. I would gladly repurchase if a fragrance-free or reformulated version became available. E.L.F. has consistently offered great products, and I hope future iterations of this one will address the scent while preserving the excellent formula.

I've applied this using my fingers, a sponge and a brush. The finish is flawless immediately after application but I found that the product oxidizes, separates and appears cakey after less than an hour. Is there a trick to this product?

While there may be no added fragrance, don't let that fool you there is no scent. THIS REEKS TO HIGH HEAVEN. Like a burnt band-aid. It's terrible. I can't wear it because of this. I don't understand why more people aren't talking about it, other than I have some special kind of nose, or my batch somehow went off.

What are the ingredients? Marketed as an SPF and the ingredients aren’t listed online?!? Active ingredients and % of zinc oxide should be listed or any claims of SPF mean nothing. This looks like trash. List ingredients for each shade elf, do better.

Found this on https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov It contains 12% zinc oxide as the only active ingredient. Inactive ingredients are listed on this product page. I agree, the % of zinc oxide should be included on this page.
