Lightweight and Natural Finish

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The Elf Halo Glow Skin Tint blends in really well with my skin. I think I needed to go with a warmer shade, but this option wasn’t offered to me with the sample I received. The product itself has a nice light formula and it didn’t feel like I had anything on the whole day. It also played well with the rest of my skincare products.

Blends very well

I tried the Skin Glow Tint in shade 13 Deep Neutral and I’m so impressed! It matches my complexion perfectly—no gray cast, no weird undertones—just a smooth, natural finish. It gave my skin the most beautiful glow and lasted all day without feeling heavy. This is officially my new everyday go-to. I’m obsessed!

Great formula!

Love this product! Great color range options, it gives my skin natural glow and last all day. Can be also used under make up or just by itself, when feeling light. Appreciate the SPF protection and that it has a good coverage. I would definitely pick your matching color in store, due to their many options of different shades. Always loving ELF’s affordable products.

Glowy, Hydrating, and Great Coverage for Summer

I received a complimentary sample of Halo Glow Skin Tint SPF 50 in Shade 8 Medium Neutral to test and review. I like that it provides medium to full coverage, gives a glass skin effect, and is lightweight. Unfortunately, the shade I received was too dark for me. I'm more of a light neutral. To fix this, I've been mixing it with another skin tint that's too light for me. It's more budget-friendly and affordable compared to other skin tints that I've tried. And for that reason, I'd recommend it to others and would personally purchase it (in a better matching shade, of course).

Hello Halo

I have only used for a few days and really enjoy the coverage. Surprised at how little of the product is needed for good coverage. I purchased fair cool #3. Way too light but I having been using the darker samples to make it work and then will try with the elf bronzing drops. But I plan on ordering #6.

Let it set, then MAGIC

I like it!! A little goes a long way, which I wasn’t expecting. Also, let it sit a minute or 5, it will settle and not look like it’s sitting on top of your skin. Once it settles, you do not need to powder it!! I am in my mid-40’s with combo skin…I always need to set with powder. This was a great surprise!! I’m normally a fair-tone but I ordered light neutral in this product and it’s a perfect match. I’m really excited this is my SPF!!

can't do the sticky feel or scent :(

I wanted to love this like some of the youtubers did. I've been looking for a dewy mineral spf - for me, bare minerals complexion rescue is still my go-to, and was hoping this would compare (although price-wise, it's near-matching the sales I see on it!). This just has the worst...burnt bandaid? Smell that my nose does not adjust to and can smell at least two hours later. While it is dewy, I don't feel like it does a "filter"-ish effect like the halo glow does. Because it's so heavy/thick, and sits on skin (I did not use primers or setting sprays etc – I think trial in its single form is what product performance is about) I just feel like my face underwent full coverage makeup for day, which at almost 40 is no-bueno for my vibe, IMO. My 11s never looked worse! I want to look fresh, not "done." While I could buff in less, the point for me was to utilize the SPF as much as possible, otherwise, why bother, just get a lightweight sunscreen and a foundation you really like. I'm so sorry e.l.f. This just really didn't do it for me. At all. And I would have maybe given 2-3 stars, but the disappointment at the pricepoint was just ;( I usually try to find ways to use something, but I'm definitely just throwing away $20 here.
