Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great setter I love this product! For such a small price it works wonders. I use it to set my make up and it still looks flawless after an 8 hour work day

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice glowy powder I bought this mistakenly thinking it will be a mattifying skin tone powder, but was quite happily surprised that it is a very fine, slightly glittery loose powder instead. I still use it almost every day, as it evens out my skin tone and gives my skin a slight glow. It mattifies and illuminates simultaneously. Under certain lighting the luminous particles are slightly more visible than I'd like, but the whole look is overall rather nice. It does not weigh down my skin or give it that cracked look I sometimes get with other poweders on dry skin patches. Can get a bit messy as it is loose. And a very little amount will go a long way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent It leaves the face looking quite dry so a setting spray is a must to avoid looking overly matte. However, it might work better rn oily skin than on my combo skin.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More expensive then laura mercier I have yet to use this product however surprised how little there is for the price. Only 8 grm which it does not state. It actually ends up being more expensive then the laura mercier powder (which you can get for £24 for 29grm). I feel the photo was deceptive

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have combination skin and mostly oily on my forehead and cheek area so I was very happy that i had a nice clean look after applying the HD powder over my foundation

Rated 5 out of 5 by from blurs wrinkles, smooth finish I top off my "daily look" to slow down my face's process of getting oily and it has helped a lot. If my face usually gets oily after 4 hours, this helps slow it down to get oily after 6-7 hours. I have combination skin yet it doesn't dry out the patches of drier skin. It is a godsend. My skin feels good and it hasn't made me break out even though i put on a light layer everyday. I just don't like how easy the powder gets everywhere if the container gets tossed around in my travel bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So in love! Bought this six months ago (yes, it lasts for THAT LONG) and it's been great. I can use it with pretty much any foundation. I love that it helps me with my oily skin: even in a rush at work I don't break a sweat. Definetly buying regularly.

I have mature skin with lots of pigmentation patches and my skin tone is pale. Normally buy warm ivory colour in No 7 foundation, but have put some ELF foundation in my basket. What colour powder would I need, the yellow or original?

Asked by: SandraT
We would suggest the original for you.

Which color do you recommend for fair skin with pink undertone which has some redness?

Asked by: Vita72
You may use any of the shades, they are all appropriate for your skin tone. The Corrective Yellow will help with the redness.

HI I'M DRARK SKIN  DOES THIS REALLY WORKS ON DARK SKIN? I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY THANKS

Asked by: GloriaEzeChude
I am a medium brown mixed race lady, and I adore silica powders for their blurring and matifying properties. I do press into the t zone with my beauty blender - but lightly! Then dust around the rest of my face with a brush. Don't be heavy handed, a light dusting is all you need believe me. I use then use a real techniques setting brush to dust the powder under my eyes, around my nose crevices and on my oily eyelids too. This gets rid of any shine, but leaves the skin so smooth. I do my eyebrows, eyeshadow/liner afterwards, and this powder helps them to stay put. I find as the oils come through that they look natural, no tinted powder sitting in pores, no oxidisation and no changing foundation/concealer colour at all.

I have used this product for quite some time. I like the feel of my face and that it seems to absorb oil.  The problem is the glitter in the product. I’m not 15 and I don’t want the glitter. The sheer is so white that I don’t look healthy.

Asked by: Mrs Geise
We suggest that you apply this sparingly and blend very well in a circular motion for all shades, and to avoid flashback (white), if you choose the Sheer shade.
