Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great highlighter great price I bought this a couple of months ago and really like it. Mine came intact not broken like some other reviewers have mentioned I think it highlights nicely. And am buying a couple more. And you can’t beat the price!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I just brought this highlighter in Glow and when I swatched it and put it on, it looked chalky and made my skin look ashy. It had a little shimmer to it, but it wasn't highlighting anything.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Natural I bought it in white pearl and it gives a very natural glow. Sometimes it feels a little too natural, but it is buildable. I’m a makeup beginner and this was the first highlighter I’ve tried so I don’t have anything to compare it to, however.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice highlighter for the price I bought this highlighter a few weeks ago and I use it regularly. It is light and not too crazy so it works well for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it I've been using this highlighter every time I do makeup for the last few months. I like to apply it after powder, but before blush, and buff it out with a dense brush, which leads to a very natural look. You can also layer up for a more dramatic look. The only negative thing I have to say is that it dropped onto my desk, less than a foot of height, and shattered, thankfully inside the container. So using it has been a little bit powdery and even flaky, but it does its job at an unbeatable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I bought this on clearance at Walmart and I LOVE it! I have super pale skin, but my cheeks are naturally pink, so this works perfect. It's pigmented and very shimmery. The only downside is that it doesn't last all day. It's pretty pink, so if you want just a regular tan highlighter, the "Shy" color isn't for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For older skin I use SHY to add color to my 77 year old face. I use a brighter color blush higher up on cheek. At my age my skin does not handle cream make up well and shows the wrinkles to easily. I will drive to several stores to find just this color in stock.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Totally worth the price! I like this highlighter a lot. Based on the fact that it’s really cheap it does it’s job well. I like to highlight my body with this rather than face as it’s kinda powdery & flies in the air & everywhere. Worth the money.

Is this the same as the baked highligter? Is it better or worse?

Asked by: katie089
The baked highlighter is way more pigmented. This highlighter is just specks of glitter, it's not a flawless highlight. Stick with the baked highlight.

how does this differ from the shimmer highlighting powder formula?

Asked by: flowerrs
I swatched both of these in my e.l.f. retail store, and this highlighter is significantly less blinding than the shimmer highlighting powders or baked highlighter. This could almost be used as an illuminating setting powder because it's not blinding at all. It seemed like just a pressed powder with a bit of shimmer. I don't even think people who like a subtle highlight would like this, and no you can't build it up to be glistening at all. To all those who love a blinding highlight like from the baked highlighter or shimmer highlighting powders, this is absolutely not for you,
