I have been using the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover for about a week now, and I am really impressed with it. It does a great job of removing all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara. I also like that it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plump. The balm has a soft, creamy texture that melts into the skin easily. It does not have any strong fragrance, which I appreciate. I use it by rubbing it into my dry skin with my fingers. I then massage it in for a few minutes to loosen up all of my makeup. After that, I rinse it off with warm water and follow up with my regular cleanser. I have not had any problems with the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover breaking me out or causing any irritation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gentle, effective makeup remover that leaves their skin feeling hydrated. Leaves skin oily after use
This works great. It even takes off waterproof mascara with one wipe. The only negative is it leaves my face feeling oily after use.

Actually removes make up
I have finally found a decent make up remover that removes my mascara and eye liner and leaves no trace and doesn’t make my face feel tight and doesn’t require any scrubbing

Good for light makeup
This makeup remover is good but it's not my favorite. It has a slight burn to it, it could be that my skin is sensitive also. It does take off your makeup but it doesn't take off eye makeup that well. I would purchase if you're using minimal makeup but otherwise it wouldn't be my number one purchase.

I used this for two weeks, and while it was able to take off waterproof makeup, I needed a lot of the product to take a full face of makeup off. The bottle was empty at the end of two weeks, and thank god it was because it also left my entire face oily and gross, and it caused problems for me. (Just to note I have dry, sensitive skin and also have rosacea and eczema) Will not be buying again, would not recommend.

Spa like experience for drugstore price
This makeup remover is lightweight, but also moisturizing so it’s not like stripping your face if that makes sense it’s just removing the make up. And the leftover oil is not overwhelming like it just kind of helps to soothe and moisturize your face. It doesn’t really have any sent to it and I do think this is an amazing value since it is a drugstore brand.

Amazingly beautiful
I love this product, it’s a great addition to my skin care routine since it leaves my skin shiny clean and hydrated, I’ve never tried anything like it and the aroma drove me crazy in addition to having natural ingredients, it’s free of animal cruelty... I love it
