I would definitely buy again!
I have been using the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover for about a week now, and I am really impressed with it. It does a great job of removing all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara. I also like that it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plump. The balm has a soft, creamy texture that melts into the skin easily. It does not have any strong fragrance, which I appreciate. I use it by rubbing it into my dry skin with my fingers. I then massage it in for a few minutes to loosen up all of my makeup. After that, I rinse it off with warm water and follow up with my regular cleanser. I have not had any problems with the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover breaking me out or causing any irritation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gentle, effective makeup remover that leaves their skin feeling hydrated. Leaves skin oily after use
This works great. It even takes off waterproof mascara with one wipe. The only negative is it leaves my face feeling oily after use.

Perfect Makeup Remover
This has become my preferred makeup remover since it completely removes my makeup vs micellar water. All I use on my eyes, lips & face is e.l.f. Love these products but my skin and my wallet.

A favorite!
I've been using this make up remover on and off for a few years. I also use make up remover wipes, but for waterproof make up those do not work well. This is very effective when I use waterproof eye make up and all other make up. I have sensitive eyes but used correctly this formula works and is gentle on eyes, face and lips. You don't need a lot and don't forget to shake bottle first! I definitely recommend.

I love this stuff!
Reminds me of the Mary Kay eye makeup remover except more affordable and cruelty free! Just use a little in a cotton ball and it takes off EVERYTHING!
