I have been using the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover for about a week now, and I am really impressed with it. It does a great job of removing all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara. I also like that it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plump. The balm has a soft, creamy texture that melts into the skin easily. It does not have any strong fragrance, which I appreciate. I use it by rubbing it into my dry skin with my fingers. I then massage it in for a few minutes to loosen up all of my makeup. After that, I rinse it off with warm water and follow up with my regular cleanser. I have not had any problems with the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover breaking me out or causing any irritation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gentle, effective makeup remover that leaves their skin feeling hydrated. Leaves skin oily after use
This works great. It even takes off waterproof mascara with one wipe. The only negative is it leaves my face feeling oily after use.

Easy on the eyes
I like this makeup remover a lot as it doesn't irritate my eyes. It does a great job with everything except the tubing mascara, which I still have to slip off my lashes but so far I haven't pulled any out doing so. It does soften it enough to make it easier but it doesn't dissolve it. I think it's a great product for the price and got it to compare to Clinique's dual phase cleanser. It works just as well for a fraction of the price.

Doesn't sting the eyes
Takes makeup off very efficiently and quickly, and doesn't sting or burn the eyes like other micellar waters do. Bonus points since I got it as a GWP!

Removes hard to remove mascara!
I got this for free with purchase and didn’t think I was going to like it because I am biased with the balm. However, I have found that this works better for removing my mascara, so I have been using it for my mascara and then removing the rest of my face with the balm. It didn’t replace my balm to remove my face makeup because $/use doesn’t make sense for that (the packaging is quite small). I expect to run through it quickly even just removing mascara; however, I would be willing to purchase it because it’s really effective and gentle! It reminds me of MK makeup remover.

Awesome product!!!
I’ve been looking for a really good make up remover and I hit the holy grail with this one!! All I do is put some on a cotton round and go over my face a few times and all the stubborn make up is gone, even my waterproof eye make up. I would 100% recommend this to a friend.
