Lightweight & Hydrating
I received this a few weeks ago, and was eager to try it. I have been using skincare containing Niacinamide, Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, & Peptides for many years; in addition to BHA's & AHA's on a daily basis. With that said, it's obliviously not my first rodeo.. I am 55, and have oily skin that is still prone to breakouts. Being in the beauty industry, I am always excited to try new formulations. I found this product to be very light on the skin and absorbs quickly. It performs beautifully under make-up and gives the skin a smooth and hydrated feel There aren't any Comedogenic Oils listed in the ingredients, and after 2 weeks of consistent use, I can say it's a nice product for the price. I would have loved it if the container had a jar pump lid, but I imagine that would increase the price point. I would be willing to pay the extra for a better dispenser.

Comedogenic ingredients
There are so many fun ELF skin care products I want to try, but those of us with very sensitive skin/reactive skin have to pretty much google every single ingredient list for possible bad ingredients. Just looking at the first 6 ingredients in this moisturizer, 2 are at the top most level for acne/comedogenic ingredients (Stearyl Heptanoate, Isopropyl Isostearate). The rest follow with a few lower rated bad ingredients - ELF, please consider making a sensitive skin care line!

Holy dryness
I’ve used it off and on every single time I’d give it a try my skin gets dryer. I might reserve it for the really hot humid months but I don’t even know it was just a really bad experience.

The e.l.f. SKIN Cosmetics Holy Hydration! Face Cream provides a good hydration to the skin providing a subtle brightening look and soft feel. This face cream has beneficial ingredients that are not only great but hydrating for the skin which include niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and peptides. The face cream is suitable for dry, oily, and combination skin types, but there is a chance of a more oily feeling for those with more oily skin. There is a slight floral like scent that may not be favorable for some, but it’s not too bad. This is a more lightweight face cream compared to others I’ve tried. It is also a decently affordable price compared to other face creams. The packaging is very nice. It is sleek and has a great look and color. It also has important information about the product and how to use it on the container. The product is both vegan and cruelty free! Both the box and container can be recycled, which is super great and environmentally friendly.

Nice but lots of chemicals
This is a very nice forumla and it gets the job done but I have other facecreams that I prefer much more. This one is a little too thick and has a lot of ingredients that scare me a little bit. Seeing lots of unknown chemicals in the ingredients list isn't i heritently a bad thing but i'd prefer to avoid.
