How to use Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm:
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. To remove makeup, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

Super gentle cleansing balm!
I LOVE this cleansing balm. Cleansing balms are usually my favorite way to remove makeup. In the past, I’ve used a few others including Farmacy’s Green Clean but I haven’t found one gentle enough to remove my heavy makeup around my eyes without irritating my eyes at the same time. While I always double cleanse after using a cleansing balm anyway, which would breakdown any leftover oil, I like that this balm doesn’t leave an uncomfortable film of oil on the skin. I would highly recommend this balm to anyone with sensitive skin or anyone that wears a full face of makeup regularly. It’s extremely gentle yet incredibly effective, especially for the price.

Why is there plastic in this?
Was really considering purchasing this as I love elf products......until I saw polyethylene in the ingredients list. Why, with all of the talk around plastic (which is what polyethylene is) and how damaging it is to marine life and water sources, would you put it in a product that's designed to be washed off of your skin? Really disappointed that elf couldn't find an alternative ingredient to use, and it's a shame, because the cleansing balm looks perfect for my skin type and it's decently priced. Hopefully elf see this feedback and think about reformulating this product.

Fabulous product
The cleansing balm works really well to remove makeup. It even removed my waterproof mascara. The balm left my skin feeling hydrated. I also appreciated it included the little spoon to remove the balm. There is no fragrance which is good for sensitive skin. I did not have any breakouts or redness and I have used the product for over four months. I absolutely love it. E.L.F skin has really done a fabulous job at creating quality products at an affordable price.

Love using e.l.f SKIN cleansing balm, it melts my makeup easily, the texture is smooth and doesn’t have much of a scent which I love. Its a great value for money and the packaging is so compact and east to carry when traveling.

This cleansing bomb is super lightweight. It definitely got the job done. I use some FT BB cream the other day and use this in order to help me take off the BB cream and the mascara that I had on. And I felt like it helped me just have a raw skin, and I mean raw in the sense that my skin was very bare and it stripped everything off of it so that it was ready to be cleansed.I feel like the amount that they give you of product is great to end. It doesn’t have a very potent set so it’s easily usable on a regular basis, especially if you wear make up on a day-to-day.

The perfect double cleanser
This cleansing bomb is very luxurious and is I think better for if you have full coverage make up on it’s gonna really help to get all the gunk off of your face and it is also at the same time moisturizing so it’s not gonna make you feel like you just scraped your face off raw. The packaging is super lovely and very small like and refreshing. The blue is so fun. This is super great, especially if you already washed your face, but you feel like you could use another go over like a double clean cleanser this would be perfect for that.

I used this once, as a quick fix, when I saw that my makeup was dry and cakey in a couple of areas on my face. It did the trick! (I did not realize that it had to be washed off.)
