How to use Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm:
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. To remove makeup, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

Super gentle cleansing balm!
I LOVE this cleansing balm. Cleansing balms are usually my favorite way to remove makeup. In the past, I’ve used a few others including Farmacy’s Green Clean but I haven’t found one gentle enough to remove my heavy makeup around my eyes without irritating my eyes at the same time. While I always double cleanse after using a cleansing balm anyway, which would breakdown any leftover oil, I like that this balm doesn’t leave an uncomfortable film of oil on the skin. I would highly recommend this balm to anyone with sensitive skin or anyone that wears a full face of makeup regularly. It’s extremely gentle yet incredibly effective, especially for the price.

Why is there plastic in this?
Was really considering purchasing this as I love elf products......until I saw polyethylene in the ingredients list. Why, with all of the talk around plastic (which is what polyethylene is) and how damaging it is to marine life and water sources, would you put it in a product that's designed to be washed off of your skin? Really disappointed that elf couldn't find an alternative ingredient to use, and it's a shame, because the cleansing balm looks perfect for my skin type and it's decently priced. Hopefully elf see this feedback and think about reformulating this product.

Just as effective as the expensive stuff!
I am obsessed with cleansing balms and usually splurge on an expensive brand and I found this worked just as well! Super effective in removing my makeup and left my skin super soft. The packaging is beautiful as well

Love that it comes with a spatula so you don’t have to use much it works really well with my oily skin which is a plus and the bottle is a fair sized. I love that’s it’s vegan and cruelty free which is an amazing plus. The scent is calming

I truly do not know how to explain how much I love this product I have to use 72 hour bright red lipstick for cheer and this product easily takes it off when nothing else could I heavily recommend this product to anyone

An Effective Cleanser for All Skin Types!
I thought that this cleansing balm worked very well at removing any makeup/dirt/debris from all skin types. I let my friends use it to take their makeup up as well or to use as a double cleansing step and they were very impressed with how easily it worked for them!

By far my favorite product out of the set!!
This balm is seriously underrated. It melts off my makeup (even stubborn mascara) like butter and leaves my face feeling clean and soft. I use it as my first cleanse at night and it makes everything easier, no tugging or scrubbing. Plus, it doesn’t make my eyes burn like some removers do. I follow it up with a gentle cleanser, but honestly, even on its own, it does a great job. This is definitely something I will be buying again, I’m glad I found a fav!

I used this once, as a quick fix, when I saw that my makeup was dry and cakey in a couple of areas on my face. It did the trick! (I did not realize that it had to be washed off.)
