How to use Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm:
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. To remove makeup, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

Super gentle cleansing balm!
I LOVE this cleansing balm. Cleansing balms are usually my favorite way to remove makeup. In the past, I’ve used a few others including Farmacy’s Green Clean but I haven’t found one gentle enough to remove my heavy makeup around my eyes without irritating my eyes at the same time. While I always double cleanse after using a cleansing balm anyway, which would breakdown any leftover oil, I like that this balm doesn’t leave an uncomfortable film of oil on the skin. I would highly recommend this balm to anyone with sensitive skin or anyone that wears a full face of makeup regularly. It’s extremely gentle yet incredibly effective, especially for the price.

Why is there plastic in this?
Was really considering purchasing this as I love elf products......until I saw polyethylene in the ingredients list. Why, with all of the talk around plastic (which is what polyethylene is) and how damaging it is to marine life and water sources, would you put it in a product that's designed to be washed off of your skin? Really disappointed that elf couldn't find an alternative ingredient to use, and it's a shame, because the cleansing balm looks perfect for my skin type and it's decently priced. Hopefully elf see this feedback and think about reformulating this product.

Hydration in a jar
I usually suffer with chronic dry skin and it’s hard finding a product that is light weight non greasy and effective. It smells amazing by the way and it’s a great add to a daily routine

A great cleanser that leaves the skin feeling refr
This product was great! It's really good at breaking down oils in sunscreen and makeup and a perfect first step for a double cleanse. The texture is nice and smooth and it leaves the skin clean and refreshed. Will definitely purchase again.

Makeup remover that actually works!
I’ve tried a lot of makeup-removing serums that don’t work any better than using a wet wash cloth. This product is true to its name and you can actually see it “melt” away your makeup after applying! It also feels like it’s moisturizing my skin in the process - all around great product!

Great cleanser!!
I have been purchasing the melting cleansing balm for months the now and I love how it cleans my skin , as a first step in my cleansing routine. I have most definitely seen an improvement in my skin using this product to really remove makeup and sunscreen.

okay melting balm but might be worth it for the pr
it’s good not great. i felt like it made my face oily i didn’t like how it felt after washing my face, didnt emulsify when adding water which is what i look for in cleansing balms! if you don’t care about that and do a double cleansing you might like it. smells like nothing . good price for what it is.

I used this once, as a quick fix, when I saw that my makeup was dry and cakey in a couple of areas on my face. It did the trick! (I did not realize that it had to be washed off.)
