How to use Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm:
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. To remove makeup, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

Super gentle cleansing balm!
I LOVE this cleansing balm. Cleansing balms are usually my favorite way to remove makeup. In the past, I’ve used a few others including Farmacy’s Green Clean but I haven’t found one gentle enough to remove my heavy makeup around my eyes without irritating my eyes at the same time. While I always double cleanse after using a cleansing balm anyway, which would breakdown any leftover oil, I like that this balm doesn’t leave an uncomfortable film of oil on the skin. I would highly recommend this balm to anyone with sensitive skin or anyone that wears a full face of makeup regularly. It’s extremely gentle yet incredibly effective, especially for the price.

Why is there plastic in this?
Was really considering purchasing this as I love elf products......until I saw polyethylene in the ingredients list. Why, with all of the talk around plastic (which is what polyethylene is) and how damaging it is to marine life and water sources, would you put it in a product that's designed to be washed off of your skin? Really disappointed that elf couldn't find an alternative ingredient to use, and it's a shame, because the cleansing balm looks perfect for my skin type and it's decently priced. Hopefully elf see this feedback and think about reformulating this product.

Excellent makeup remover
This is the best makeup remover I’ve come across and will stay with. Goes on easy and easy to wipe off. I have noticed that elf raised their prices on their products by at least a dollar on each product. Please keep your products affordable by not raising your prices anymore.

Great cleanser for sensitive combination skin
Smells a little funky but works soooo well. Doesn’t dry out my skin or leaves me too oily, melts makeup like it’s butter and easy to remove with a wet cloth or cotton pad. Don’t need a lot to remove a whole face of makeup.

YUMMY BALM!
This make up melting balm removes my make up like a dream! I use a lot of mascara every single day and this is the only thing that takes it off. The texture is gel like and pleasant. As a plus the melting balm smells extremely good and makes my nighttime skin routine. Very pleasant. I love the little scoop that comes with the jar and how much I get for the value versus wipes or micellar water.

Love this face balm!
I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and it’s the absolute best product I’ve used for removing make up. It feels great on my skin, hydrates, and gets all the build up of oils and make up off (even on days that I’m doing HEAVY make up).

Just as effective as the expensive stuff!
I am obsessed with cleansing balms and usually splurge on an expensive brand and I found this worked just as well! Super effective in removing my makeup and left my skin super soft. The packaging is beautiful as well

I used this once, as a quick fix, when I saw that my makeup was dry and cakey in a couple of areas on my face. It did the trick! (I did not realize that it had to be washed off.)
