Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have always had purple, red and puffy under eyes, even in highschool thanks to genetics and very fair skin. so when i saw this I had little expectation or hope since nothing ever worked. But let me tell you two days after using this, mostly only in the mornings, I noticed a difference, now after two weeks my usual puffiness is gone and so is the red. theres still a bit purple but I don't expect that to ever go away. My under eyes are brighter and to my surprise my milia has started to go away, really happy with it. I was a little concerned when I saw it was a small container but was over it when I realized that I barely had to take some of the top and that was more than enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Melts into my skin I really enjoy the way this cream feels on the skin under my eyes and after 2 weeks I can feel the skin in that area becoming more plump. I just wish it had a more pleasant smell. It’s odorless when applied to the skin but if you smell it in the jar, it kind of smells like glue. Don’t know if it’s the cream or the plastic of the container.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from UNEXPECTED RESULTS Do NOT sleep on e.l.f. cosmetics! I had VERY dark under eye circles so i decided to buy this product and it worked WONDERS on my under eyes! I saw a HUGE difference within DAYS of use. Love, love, love this product! I will most definitely buy again. I will point out that although it works well there is a small amount of product considering the price, however, you only need a tad bit daily and it's totally worth splurging. I've been using this eye cream twice daily since Valentine's day and i still have a lot left. It is very wet to the touch, you must not rub it into the under eye, patting/dabbing it on will give much better and faster results! Once the eye cream dries it feels soooooooo soft and velvety. So good!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burning? I bought this product and gave it a shot but when i would apply it i would feel a stinging sensation which was weird but I ignored it since I thought it was what it was supposed to do. Well i started to notice white patches u der my eyes and my eyes also looking puffy and red like if i had allergies i would put this cream and another on top to see if it will help with the dryness. It didnt still had the dry spots my under eyes look worse than what they did before

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Made Me Break Out :( I bought this eye cream about 2 months ago and was super excited about it, but after using it for a couple of weeks, I got a pimple under my eye! I stopped using it for a few weeks, and then tried again, and the same thing happened. It might just be that my skin is super sensitive there, but do use caution. Honestly, even without the breakouts, I didn't see that it made much difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dr. Dray approved I am on my second jar of this eye cream. I have puffiness and dark circles, which have both improved using this product. It is important to note that if the puffiness and dark circles are hereditary, they won't repond to any eye creams. I watch a wonderful dermatologist on Youtube, Dr. Dray. And she just gave this cream her seal of approval, especially since it is fragrance free. She also said it can be used on the entire face. I only use a tiny bit of cream for both eyes. You really don't need much product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helps me with my dark circles Dark under eye circles run in my family and no amount of sleep will get rid of them! I’ve tried a lot of eye creams that promised to get rid of my pesky problem, but none have delivered that promise. I saw this baby Walmart and at only 10 bucks I figured I give this one a try, and i’m glad that I did! I noticed the dark circles were slowly fading away after a week, and now they’re almost gone! I’m on my second one and i’m not stopping any time soon. I would’ve given this 5 stars but the cream isn’t as moisturizing as I would like it to be, I sometimes have dry patches around my eyes and this cream isn’t enough at times. Other than that, this is a steal and my under eyes are thanking me!

What are some of the stores that have a good variety of e.l.f. products to purchase ?   I have heard alot of good things about your products, really would like to try a few, without having to pay shipping and handling.

They also carry elf at rite aid and CVS now. I've been using most elf products before they became popular. I love they're products. They should give them to me! Lol!

I have been using the e.l.f. illuminatin eye cream for a while... I just tried to purchase it at walmart and it wouldn't allow the cashier to scan it said it was recalled. Can you tell me why? I cant find anything on line why it was recalled, thank you

Asked by: gnbparks
I'm not a dermatologist or any kind of medical professional, but the answer to your questions ladies is very clear. With all the other negative comments about burning, peeling skin around the eye area, E,.L.F. Cosmetics obviously are recalling these products. Research has probably been done and it is possible they may have updated the product. So just maybe the problem has been corrected. Why not contact E.L.F. customer service and ask if he item has ben recalled, why , if a new product will soon be available, etc .☺

I purchased the illuminating eye cream from a local Target and after having used the cream day and night for two days I have noticed that shortly after dabbing it under my eyes I feel tingling and a slight burning sensation, is that meant to happen?

Asked by: Asuzena16
I've not had this issue, but your eye area is super sensitive so it's probably sensitive to something in the formula

My local CVS just started carrying e.l.f. cosmetics. I have extremely sensitive skin. I cannot wear most mascaras due to sensitivity. Can you please elaborate on the ingredients in e.l.f. products? Are they considered hypoallergenic and/or organic?

Asked by: Elainey
I  would not recommend this product for your skin since it is very sensitive. I also have very sensitive skin and this caused my under eye area to peel and flake off, as well as burn when applied. I used it only about 4 times when it started happening.

Can this be used twice a day or should it only be used once a day?

Asked by: MidnightRose321962
Recommended use morning and Night after cleansing. Apply gently around your under eye area with soft dabs or tapping into the skin, not rubbing. I apply in a raccoon pattern around my eyes, going from under eyes to temples, and above my eye brows.
