I’ve been testing this out for the past week and I’m in love! It adds so much length and definition, which is great for everyday! It also builds up really easily, but also looks natural! There’s no flaking and the smallest amount of smudging under my eyes (just a tiny smudge), but it’s not much at all! It also holds a curl extremely weIl (I also tried it without curling my lashes and it curled them on its own!), which is great for my Asian eyes! I’m in love!

Smudges terribly
This mascara is a lengthening and darkening mascara, so if you want volume, you wouldn’t like this. It gave a nice lift to my lashes and lengthened them considerably. Loved the look! However, I have to give it 3 stars because after a day at work, under my eyes looks like I’ve been crying it ran/transferred/smudged so badly. (I don’t wear eyeliner, and I don’t have watery eyes.)

Terrible
Please do not discontinue Lash It Loud, because Lash Beats is just terrible. All the products stays at the base of the eyelashes, creating a liquid liner line and then nothing stays on the brush to apply the mascara to the actual lashes. So, the effect is like wispy traffic cones. No volume, makes lashes look short and needle-like. If Lash It Loud goes away, I’ll have to use another brand, because I’ve tried the rest of ELF’s mascaras and they’re just very disappointing for different reasons.

DOES smudge
do no trust the "smudge and flake resistant" claim, it definitely does. I didn't even have it on my lower lashes as this is usually the reason for smudging, and it STILL got all over my eyelids.

Nice product
I got this a few months ago, the quality is quite nice for the price. I would definitely recommend for lengthening lashes. If you're looking for volume, this isn't the product for you.
