Rated 5 out of 5 by Likeslichens from Lightweight and moisturizing I purchased both the nude and pink shades on sale, and they have rapidly become my most reached for lip product, as winter has been pretty rough - it's 0° F and drydrydry at the moment, but my lips are nicely hydrated. The staying power is about what you'd expect from a light balm. I prefer the Nude over the Pink, as the latter is a little too pink for my preference, but that's a small point, as it's still perfectly wearable. I wish the Rose shade would come back, as I would repurchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by oloxa from Shade is not the same as the picture, awful smell I bought this as it was on sale. I picked the shade nude thinking it would come off as a peachy pink tone, however when the product arrived and I swatched it on my hand, it was yellow. Not to mention that the product has an awful liquorice taste and smell and makes my lips tingle. I am sure it is not supposed to do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bethb from Buttery! (Shade Nude) Really nice and buttery, feels very smooth when switched. It has colour to it but the nude is lovely, very natural and feels great on my skin! Definitely recommend this! Plus SPF 15!

Rated 4 out of 5 by SueHae from Brightens up my lips! I purchased this product on a whim, but I'm pretty satisfied with the results. It is moisturizing and has a minty smell which I find refreshing. It's a bit more pigmented than I expected, but I like the way it brightens up my lips. The one downside I've discovered is that the pigment will stick to any dry skin on your lips, so make sure to exfoliate before using!

Rated 5 out of 5 by madscience from vibrant and healthy-feeling as soon as i put it on i can feel it working. my only caveat is that it isn't pink, it's PINK. i prefer something more muted, but now that spring's here i don't mind so much. it's small enough to fit in a pocket, too, about as slender as a pen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by purpleberry from Great lipstick for the beach and hiking! I love this stuff. I bought it in the rose, pink and clear colors. I use it for hikes mostly since I know I will need some kind of SPF on my lips. Plus the rose color is so great on me. I wish the rose color came back in stock because I just lost mine! Pretty please, they are perfect for summer!

Rated 1 out of 5 by kalibunnie from Not worth the money and it's a dollar I got this as a free gift with my purchase. I was very excited because I don't wear lipstick very often and prefer a sheer wash of coverage. Unfortunately, this product didn't work out for me. The packaging is very nice, especially for the price. It has a bit of weight to it, it's sleek and compact. The colour, however, is a huge miss. I am very very pale with cool undertones and this colour of pink was almost too light. It was surprisingly pigmented, but patchy. It was unflattering, even on me. Because of the pigment, I'm unable to apply it without a mirror on the go. The texture is bad as well. It is almost waxy and doesn't hydrate even though it is a lip balm. It rubbed off easily and left the colour patchy on my lips. It also gathered in every line in my lips (and I'm only 18). When it rubbed off, it left my lips feeling weird. I was unable to rub my lips together, they was no slickness? to be able to do so. Must've left a film over it. The scent lingered long after application. The SPF of 15 is also not enough for the lips as they can sunburn too. Finally, it reeks of mint! Which, contrary to popular belief, is bad for your skin (and lips!) and gave me a headache. As well as burned my lips. Please, just save your $1.20

How long is the tube? Is it about as big as a standard tube of Chapstick?
The total length of the tube is 3 1/4 inches; the actual lip balm is 1 1/4 inches. The tube is narrower than Chapstick, but it is "creamier" and a little goes a long way. It has a slight peppermint flavor too which is lovely and not too strong. This is one of my faves and I'm sooo glad it's back.

What happened to the Rose tint??? I was just raving about it to my sister, went to restock me and send some to her and my niece and it was gone!!! I'm crushed!!! Please, please bring it back!!!
Are there any plans to make these without peppermint oil? I'd love to buy these as I'm always on the lookout for color balms with sunscreen, but peppermint irritates my skin.
Please bring back the rose shade of this lip balm. This has been my most favorite of all the lip products you have ever made!
Are these lip balms all gluten free? I read that e.l.f. products were all gluten free and would like to order for a friend with a serious gluten allergy but not if they aren't 100% GF.
What happened to the Rose tint of the lip balm? It was out of stock for a while and now it's completely unlisted.
Was the Rose shade discontinued? I stocked up on it during the Moving Sale a few months ago but I'm already running out, and it's nowhere to be found now. I love this lip balm but Rose is the only shade that I use. :/
