Matte Blush Duo

Rated 5 out of 5 by Likeslichens from Wonderful brown blush The Soft and Subtle duo was a pleasant surprise. I have trouble with many blushes clashing with my very cool olive skin, but this works. The brown shade is perfect; I thought the lighter shade would not show up on my skin, but it does leave a subtle warmth that I find very wearable. The formula is smooth, and the fact that it is matte really sells it for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Linsey289 from Great colors, but so patchy I heard Kathleenlights rave about this, so I bought it to give it a try. I really like the colors in the soft and subtle shade (I mix both of them), but it is SOOO patchy. Even if I wear the most smoothing primer and foundation, it gets patchy and looks like dirt on my face. It's still a good blush though, and many people seem to like it, so maybe it just doesn't work for me. Elf is my favorite brand, so it pains me to leave a bad review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anna123pop1 from Soft & Subtle Just what I needed. A slightly pinkish nude blush. Both colors are beautiful alone and when mixed. Very silky and blendable. Love this blush!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by tara123 from Beautiful Both of these duos are really pretty and a lot more pigmented than I was expecting for such seemingly suble colours. They blend really nicely giving a pretty flush to the cheeks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mel98 from So nice I have the rosy flush one and I love how the blush looks on my skin tone (medium/dark). The second peachy colour I use to tone down the rosy blush, if I put too much. Sometimes I mix both colours together and I also use the peachy one to set my eye primer and start a base. This product is so good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SeasonedDiva from Finally, truly matte blush! I bought both of the Matte Blush Duos based on the colors depicted on screen and while I cannot use them with my particular color/skin tone, the colors are still very beautiful and deliciously matte. I have a feeling that they will be lovely as a base color for my eyes depending on the look I am going for, so even though they don't work for my cheeks, it's still a win!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lipglosslover from Awesome product...just like the Cool Bronzer I've been using the Soft & Subtle for a few months now hoping warmer weather would arrive and it has FINALLY...I'm so happy I purchased the Soft & Subtle Duo; there's much pigment here and it pairs well with my Light to Medium skin tone. Usually I use the Studio Cool Bronzer but with the warmer months, I like a little peach here and there..plus my skin is oily so I need a Matte blush. When I want a little highlight, I use the Studio Blush Gems and it adds that touch of glow...Love, love, love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by NewlywedTracy from Surprising beauty I never would have chosen the soft and subtle shade for myself by looking at the color in the pan but I saw an african American model wearing it on the website and it looked great on her. I'm so glad I tried it. It gives me such a glow and it photographs very well. It took me no time to clear the pan. I'm about to buy another one! I never used the lighter side but another reviewer mentioned using it like banana powder under the eyes and I'm excited to try it that way.

Which palette would go best with darker skin?
I have a deeper skin tone and I think both of these blush sets can work for different purposes depending on how deep your skin tone is. The rosy flush set I think will work for most deeper skin tones to give a natural looking blush. It also can be built up for a more dramatic look. The soft and subtle set will work to give a natural looking blush as well on lighter deep tones. For skin tones more on the brown side like mine, the deeper side of the set can be used as face powder to set make up, as a natural contour or as a transition color for your eye makeup. The lighter side is very yellow based and is a very effective substitute for a banana powder to set your under eye highlight.

When will soft & subtle be restocked?
I love the formula of the Total Face Palette and Contour Palettes because they don't contain mineral oil. Is ELF planning to offer more blushes that don't contain mineral oil or parabens?
When will soft and subtle be back in stock?
When could I buy it. It's out of stock now and will it be sold again?
which blush would look nice on medium skin with yellow undertone?
