How to use Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm:
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.
Pro tip: To double cleanse for that extra-clean feeling, follow with your favorite e.l.f. cleanser, like Holy Hydration! Daily Cleanser.
Step 4: Use the Keep Your Balance Toner to remove any remaining impurities.

Great product

Great remover, but makes me breakout
I wish soooo badly that this didnt make me breakput so bad! I have dry skin so I thought it'd be fine, but it isn't and im really sad about it.

Everything I wanted!!
This is a perfect addition to my nightly skin care routine, especially if I’ve worn makeup. I start with a little castor oil on my lashes and brows to kick start the eye makeup removal and after letting it sit for a minute I massage a small amount of this cleansing balm in. It’s amazing! The solid balm I’d say to handle and portion out just enough of, but then it easily melts into a luxurious texture! I spend a little extra time massaging this into my face and neck because it feels so good at the end of the day. To rinse I just soak a soft cloth in hot water and press it on for a few minutes before wiping it off. I do this on makeup days, when I double cleanse and follow with a gentle cleaner. Amazing!! Also… it’s super weird that I can’t use my own nickname twice but I’m required to put one in!
