Yellow hues in your foundation got you down? Or maybe pink undertones are making you red in the face? These adjusters can help you personalize your own perfect foundation match!

Just customize your foundation shade with these highly pigmented foundation adjusters. One drop transforms your foundation to match your unique undertones.

If you're unsure about what undertones you have, look at your wrist:

  • Are your veins blue or purple? You’re probably warm-toned.
  • Are your veins green or olive? You’re probably golden-toned.
  • Do you have a mix of both? You’re probably neutral.

Add a drop of Warmth to any foundation that's too yellow, or add a drop of Golden to any foundation that's too pink and find your perfect match!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed I must have gotten the wrong shade because this stuff turned my foundation red, I looked like an oompa loompa only worse. I normally love all ELF products but this one was a no for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No foundation will go to waste I’m the worst at choosing the right foundation shade. But with this colour adjuster now I can start using all of the foundations I bought without working too hard to make them work for me. Small amount goes a long way. Will definitely repurchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Really Works! I'd been searching for a solution like this. I can't believe I found it so affordably! I use the Golden to fix my foundation shades. Nothing is every yellow enough for my complexion but with this product, no more wasted money on foundations! It doesn't change the texture or performance of the foundation. I seriously love this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect match This was perfect for fixing a liquid foundation that was too yellow and blended well into my skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have bought so many foundations that were way to pink on my skin and I was tired of not being able to use them. I purchased this on a whim and I'm glad I did. It mixes seemlessly into the foundation without changing the formula. A little does go a long way, so be careful not to mix too much of this product into the foundation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice I really like this I just wish the yellow color was a little lighter as it makes foundation look a bit darker

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this will save me hundreds $$$ I have strong yellow and green skin tones, and if you're anything like me, you'll know that you cannot find a foundation match at the drugstore. Every foundation from the drugstore (and honestly, every high-end foundation I've tried except M.A.C.) is just an awful shade of pink, grey, red, orange. Nothing is EVER yellow enough. I have spent the last 6 years experimenting. Adding turmeric and yellow food coloring (SERIOUSLY) into my bases with nigh-disastrous results (over-yellowed, face stained yellow, etc). BUT I WAS DESPERATE. too many disappointing foundation samples. too many years spent returning foundations to Sephora and Ulta. too much time wasted researching online, only to bring the product home and see that its too pink/orange/dark. too much time wasted trying to correct a pink tone with a yellow powder. and too much money wasted with lost receipts and simply giving up. NOW IT IS CHANGED. There are a couple of great youtube videos of this product in action - go watch. don't just take my word for it. This changes my drugstore and high-end foundation to a perfectly yellow color. NOW MY FACE MATCHES MY SHOULDERS AND CHEST AND ARMS AND HANDS. I'm sorry for the caps but its never happened before guys ('cept with M.A.C. cosmetics). this does not affect the formula of the foundation or dye your skin.... life changing. money saving. holy grail. and it's only four bucks?! AMEN

Can I use this so I could darken my foundation shade?

Asked by: Ftejeda_18
The undertone adjuster specifically corrects the undertone of the foundation. To darken we recomment our Shade Adjuster in Deepen.

The description is inaccurate, if a person has blue/purple veins, they’re cool undertone & there’s nothing here to “cool” or pinken a foundation that’s too yellow. 2nd, by adding “warmth” it won’t reverse too much yellow, it only adds more (along w/depth)

Asked by: Allyson Sixx C
I think it's just the conflicting terminology used by the various cosmetics companies. Some refer to yellow undertones as golden, or warm, or even cool. Some refer to pink undertones as cool, or warm. But I think what's clear is the set of directions that follow the product description: if your foundation is too yellow, buy the 'warmth'; if your foundation is too pink, buy the 'golden'.
