Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous! Bought this yesterday. Blown away! I am 65 years old. I kept seeing ads for Boom Sticks and I was intrigued. I went online to purchase and was stunned at the prices/shipping of their products. So I started searching for something similar. And I found e.l.f. Wow. It goes on silky smooth, is absorbed immediately and looks awesome. My skin is dry. I dislike foundation, settles in my wrinkles and looks terrible. I know that other seniors will love this! I also purchased the Hydrating Face Primer as well as 2 colour sticks; peach and berry which I love! Keep up the good work! I live in Vernon, BC, Canada. Both Walmart and London Drugs carry your products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this a couple weeks ago at Ulta thinking it would help cover my adult acne to where I wouldn’t have to use so much concealer after using my primer. I don’t get the point of this I applied it like it says and my face felt more greasy after putting it on and it just didn’t do what it was advertised to do definitely doesn’t blur anything for me. I think it made it more difficult to apply my foundation smoothly and made me face more cakey.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont like, not worth the money I bought this hoping that it would make around my nose makeup apply easier... it definitely does not. Dries out my skin and makes my makeup look patchy and peely, a problem I didn't have before with no primer. It is cakey and the application method is not great either as it seems like you're not actually putting any product on. Not worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for blotchy skin! I use this on my facial blotches and to tone down the reddish spots on my cheeks. Smooths out my complexion and minimizes oiliness in my T-Zone. I use it daily with powder and put tinted moisterizer or foundation over it on special occasions. Great to have when you need to hide small blemishes and redness.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from RED BLOTCHES ON FACE!! I bought this item about a month ago and every time I have wore it, I could tell when I took off my makeup that I had multiple red, dry, itchy blotches on my face! I have never had a reaction to makeup before I used this product so it made me very concerned and upset with the product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Makes my pores look huge! I bought this along with a new foundation so when I wore this the first time i initially blamed the foundation for making my pores stand out and certain areas of my face looked extremely wrinkled and cakey. I did my makeup this morning but used my old foundation and planned on returning the new one, it wasn’t until I got home that I realized how HORRIFIC my makeup looked. This “prep and blur” stick made me look extremely cakey and overall terrible. My pores were extremely noticeable and the makeup on my forehead looked almost as if I was wrinkled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It really works! This stuff is great. Not heavy or cakey. Goes on easily, I use it under my foundation to "fill in" the crow's feet and vertical lines between my brows. Good stuff! Also can help to mattify during the day. Not shiny.

I have very pale skin and even the lightest foundation shades tend to look very orange on me. Will this product leave an orange cast on my pale skin?

Asked by: ItchyBunny
I am a ginger and have very pale skin also. This product does not add any color.

Anyone know how this compares to the Milk makeup product that is similar?

Asked by: Amanda38
I swatched both on my hand and the milk blur stick was hands-down way more effective at blurring. The difference was extremely obvious. Texture wise, both were pretty much the same - that weird almost slippery feeling (but not in a bad way). The scents weren’t remarkable in either one. The elf one has witch hazel and the milk one has jasmine oil (I thought it would smell pretty but maybe my nose is messed up because I didn’t smell anything really). But if you’re looking for something that will blur your face to Instagram worthy perfection, maybe try the mini milk size out and see if the full-size price is worth it.

Will this product blur wrinkles as well or is it meant more for oily skin and to fill and blur pores only?

Asked by: Susielaw99
This also works to blur fine lines and any small imperfections on your skin.

I've read all the reviews. Considering everything, does anyone believe it's due to the type of foundation (or whatever) being used after applying the Blur stick? Just curious... :)
